Team India is scheduled to tour to the West Indies for a multi-format bilateral series for a month-long period. The tour will be staged between July 12 and August 13.
This will be the first international assignment for the Men in Blue following their defeat to Australia in the World Test Championship final in June at The Oval.
West Indies and India are scheduled to play two Tests, three One-Day Internationals, and five T20 Internationals in the Caribbean. India visited the country exactly a year ago to play just limited-overs fixtures. However, this time around they will play red-ball fixtures as well to begin their transition phase.
The Indian contingent is likely to leave for the West Indies on July 1 to ensure sufficient preparations ahead of the Tests.
