Before the start of the second phase of the Pro Kabaddi League Season 7, Gujarat Fortune Giants coach Manpreet Singh had assured a change in the Fortune of the Giants after an unforgettable first phase. And with a thumping 32-23 win against the defending champions Bengaluru Bulls, the Giants reminded of old saying, it's never over till the final whistle.

"We didn't do well but boys have always given cent per cent. We are getting results, a little late. The victory over Bulls has increased the confidence level and players are finding form," said Manpreet.

The two time finalists, Gujarat Fortune Giants just couldn't find the rhythm in the first eleven games. However, Manpreet Singh knew his boys had the potential and it was all about to find touch. In Bengaluru last week Giants regained their winning touch. Lead raider Sachin Tanwar back from injury looked in his elements while captain Sunil Kumar and Parvesh Bhainswal's combination announced their revival.

"It concerns you when your key defenders are not in form. Because it also affects other players' confidence. Sunil-Parvesh not only keep opposition raiders in check but also inspire others, especially raiders. Their form hold significance in the outcome of the game," remarked Manpreet, who praised this wards for tackling top raider like Pawan Sehrawat.

It was double delight for the coach as Sachin returned with a bang as well. Sachin has the ability to change course of the.match with his subtle raiding style. "If Sachin stays for complete in the first half, he will win he match for us in he first 20 minutes itself. Moreover, Bengal Warriors defence is weak as compared to their raiders. Sachin is going to rock," Manpreet roared.

As the Giants continue their pursuit for the coveted place in the playoffs with an encounter versus in-form Bengal Warriors, Giants look for revenge. Last time when the two teams met, the Giants went down by a whisker.

"When we met Warriors during our home leg, team wasn't in good form and we lost by couple of points. Now we have raiders scoring and defenders tackling. Bengal team is going to find it difficult this time. If we manage to keep their raiders especially Maninder Singh and Nabibaksh on he bench, we shall beat Warriors in their own backyard," the confident Gujarat Fortune Giants coach said.
