The Bengaluru leg of Star Sports Pro Kabaddi witnessed a shock of sorts as Bengaluru Bulls lost all of their matches at home. At the top of the table, Jaipur Pink Panthers displaced Patna Pirates while Telugu Titans continued their surge.

The crowd gathered at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium saw plenty of breath-taking performances by the players in the four days of action. Let’s take a look at the 7 best players that form the team of the Bengaluru Leg:

Rahul Chaudhari (Telugu Titans) – Raider

The Titans captain scored a massive 19 points in his two matches, a total which also includes 1 tackle point. The 23-year-old led from the front to bag 2 wins in 2 for the Titans in Bengaluru. In the first match, Rahul amassed 8 raid points and a tackle point to slay the home team while bagging a super 10 against the Puneri Paltan.

Kashiling Adake (Dabang Delhi) – Raider

The Dabang Delhi captain finally makes it into the list with an 11-point return against home team Bengaluru Bulls. The young raider helped the Eagles put the final nail in the Bulls’ Season 4 campaign as the visitors raced to a 40-20 win in the final match of the leg.

Deepak Niwas Hooda (Puneri Paltan) – Raider

Dubbed the next big thing in Indian kabaddi by teammate Ajay Thakur, Deepak Niwas Hooda was a joy to watch in Bengaluru. Although the young raider couldn’t end up on the winning side in either match, he scored 16 points total in the leg. Against the Bengal Warriors, he scored 8 to help the Paltan tie the match while despite scoring as many, he was helpless to prevent his team from losing the match vs Telugu Titans.

Surjeet Singh (Patna Pirates) – All-rounder

Former Dabang Delhi star Surjeet Singh is known for his raiding ability. Against the Bengaluru Bulls, however, Surjeet turned into an all-rounder and helped the Pirates end their 2-match losing streak. He scored 4 raid points and 3 tackle points to have a massive effect on both ends of the court.

Dharmaraj Cheralathan (Patna Pirates) – Left Corner

42-year-old DharmarajCheralathan was a rock at the back against his former team. The Patna Pirates captain completed a high 5 while also scoring 2 raid points, both of which completed the all out on the Bulls. The Pirates romped to a 38-23 win in Bengaluru and it was largely down to the veteran’s efforts.

Sandeep Narwal (Telugu Titans) – Left Cover

“Sandeep Narwal’s presence helps me go in raids without any worry,” said Rahul Chaudhari. And he was proven right in the Bengaluru Leg. Scoring 4 tackle points and 1 in raid, Sandeep helped the Titans beat the Bulls. In their second match of the leg, the former Patna Pirates stalwart scored a mammoth 6 tackle points and a solitary point in raid to help his new team break into the top 4.

Vishal Mane (Bengal Warriors) – Right Cover

Former U Mumba defensive cover, Vishal Mane, had a major hand in Bengal Warriors bringing an end to their losing streak. With a humongous 6 points in defence vs PuneriPaltan, the right cover of Bengal Warriors gave the opposition raiders a torrid time. His presence will be key to the team as the Warriors now enter the home leg with a slender chance of qualifying for the semis.
