Bengal Warriors have been on a roll this season with Maninder Singh leading from the front as their best raider from this edition. The likes of K Prapanjan, Sukesh Hegde, Rakesh Narwal, and Sourabh Patil have remained consistent whenever they have been handed opportunities. The young corner combination of Baldev Singh and Rinku Narwal has also worked well for the Warriors.
Bengal Warriors played their only match of Panchkula leg against the Joginder Narwal-led Dabang Delhi K.C. It was pure dominance from the Warriors right from the start as they took the lead early in the game and capitalized on it throughout the entire time.
Skipper Maninder Singh managed to grab 13 raid points while Sukesh Hegde did well too, picking up seven raid points. Baldev Singh scored three tackle points to lead the way on the defensive front while Mayur Shivtarkar and Rinku Narwal picked up two tackle points each, which brought about a 42-33 win over Delhi.
Bengal Warriors have remained the team to defeat this season with their top players along with their bench strength combining well to bring about some important wins, and could be backed to clinch their maiden title in PKL history.
