Patna Pirates squared off against Bengal Warriors in their final match of the season where record-breaker Pardeep Narwal went on to score 36 points against a second-string Bengal side. The full-time score ended with Patna Pirates defeating Bengal Warriors 69-41 - a total of 110 points scored.

Bengal Warriors made a decent start to the match with the likes of Rakesh Narwal and debutant Sourabh Patil scoring points consistently. As Patna managed to save themselves from getting all out, Narwal brought them back into the encounter with the half-time score being 27-17 in their favour.

Rakesh Narwal and Sourabh Patil scored Super 10s each, but the defense kept gifting points to Pardeep Narwal. The record-breaker scored 34 raid points in 31 raid attempts, including a 6-pointer Super Raid in the 36th minute of the encounter. Ironically, Narwal also executed a brilliant Super Tackle to get his only successful tackle of the season.

Sumit earned the 'Emerging Player of the Tournament' award for his consistent show throughout the season. On the other hand, Nitesh Kumar gained 52 tackle points in 12 matches after a slow start to his season with just 23 tackle points in the first 11 outings.

The previous record of 143 tackle points was of Nitesh Kumar - Sachin Kumar for UP Yoddha back in the sixth season. Fazel Atrachali and Sandeep Narwal this year finished on 138 combined tackle points as the third-best corner duo in the league's history.
