The United Nations General Assembly declared 21st June as the International Yoga Day and the Pro Kabaddi stars eagerly took part.

Kabaddi players through the years have always benefited from yoga practice, making them expert practitioners. It helps them in increasing flexibility, holding breath for longer and maintaining fitness apart from other benefits.
