06:20 PM local time (10:50 PM IST): Right then, we have come to the end our coverage for this encounter. England with a series win with a game still to go. A thoroughly professional run chase which has given them a 2-0 lead. We will be back tomorrow with the India A vs England Lions game with the final day on the offering. Up until then, this is myself (Arya Sekhar Chakraborty) signing off also on behalf of my fellow commentator and good mate Pradeep. Goodnight fellas!
Harry Brook (England captain): Yeah amazing, great start in the T20s from the boys. Yeah they had a very good finish. We stuck tonour plans very well in the middle overs. When we came out to bat we knew it was a matter of two big overs. We have got a lot of depth, we also felt they were 30 runs under par with Will Jacks and Bethell coming late. Gives us great confidence going into a small ground like this with four spinners and two pacers. Wood set the tone for us with a wicket first ball. Rashid bowled really well in the middle overs before getting away in his last. Really excited for the last match.
Shai Hope [West Indies captain]: "Personally we felt, we were few runs short. With the field dimensions, we could've got more. I think we didn't capitalize at the start. You always think you have enough in the bank, in the hindsight, we were always short. Powerplay is important, we need to control and Hosein has been doing good in that phase. We just need to limit the dot balls, keep the scoreboard moving. We have the power hitting, something that we possess for a long time. But, at the same time, it's not only about power hitting, singles and doubles are key too. We have to bounce back, we haven't won anything in the tour, we need to play good cricket and set a good tone at the start of the innings."
Luke Wood is the Player of the Match! Here's what he has to say: "I've been out of the team for a long time, nice to come back and make an impact. Always a bit nervous coming back in, settles down and gives the confidence and with that kind of spell, there was adrenaline always. As a bowling unit, with Brooky on the field, we knew what we had to do. Slower ball was the way to go, some days it pays off, somedays it doesn't. It's nice to win any series, especially coming back from the ODI. Looking forward to make it three nil"
06:03 PM local time (10:33 PM IST): England won by 4 wickets (with 9 deliveries to spare)
Jos Buttler 47(36) | Luke Wood 2/25(4) Shai Hope 49(38) | Alzarri Joseph 2/45(4)
It turned out to be a pretty straightforward run chase in the end for England as they took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three match series after beating West Indies by 6 wickets. West Indies was in the match in patches but failed to seize the moments which resulted in the eventual result. The target of 197 was going to be a tricky one for England but with small boundaries at Bristol, anything tends to clear the fence.
It panned out as the English captain Harry Brook had planned when he won the toss and wanted to chase. The two England openers Jamie Smith and Ben Duckett came out in the middle with a positive frame of mind but Smith was dismissed early to peg back England. However you won't mind when someone like Jos Buttler walks out at number three. After a couple of tight overs, Ben Duckett and Buttler started going after the bowlers.
Once they started timing the ball, there was no stopping them. The duo shared a 63 run stand before Duckett was holed at widish long on by a brilliant catch from Rovman Powell after scoring 30 off 18 deliveries. From there on, Buttler and Harry Brook took the onus on themselves to take the innings forward. They batted sensibly besides finding the occasional boundaries which never really allowed the required rate to climb up more than 12.
Just when the duo looked to put the game to bed, both batters were dismissed in quick succession but the boundaries kept coming. Tom Banton came out to join Jacob Bethell in the middle and the duo went berserk right from the outset. Banton smashed a six off the very first ball and continued the carnage. With 48 required off five overs, Bethell plundered Alzarri Joseph for three sixes to all but seal the match for them.
He was dismissed off the final delivery of the 16th over but by then, the game seemed to be done and dusted. In the end, it was the duo of Will Jacks and Brydon Carse which saw the team through with nine deliveries to spare. Don't go anywhere, we will be shortly back with the post match presentation ceremony
18.3 Jason Holder to Brydon Carse, EDGED AND FOUR! ENGLAND CRUSH WEST INDIES AGAIN! England take the series with that win, 2-0! England unleash a chasing masterclass here, mowing down 197 with swagger to spare and sealing the series with 9 balls still in the bank!
Back of a length outside the off-stump, Carse throws his bat at it, takes the outside edge, races away to third-man ropes to seal the game.
18.2 Jason Holder to Brydon Carse, short again, over the top of the stumps too. Carse sways away from it, another dot.
18.1 Jason Holder to Brydon Carse, short delivery and well directed, Carse down the wicket to pull and misses, through to the keeper.
Only formality left from here on for England with just two more required to take a 2-0 lead in the series. This has been a powerful run chase from England.

17.6 Alzarri Joseph to Brydon Carse, back of a length outside the off-stump. Carse guides it to third-man and picks up one. Just two needed now!
17.5 Alzarri Joseph to Tom Banton, walks across off-stump, goes short outside the off-stump. Banton steers it to third-man for a single.
17.4 Alzarri Joseph to Tom Banton, FOUR! Full on the middle and off. Banton clipped it beautifully through mid-wicket with exceptional timing, races away to the ropes.
17.3 Alzarri Joseph to Brydon Carse, low full toss, angled into leg-stump. Carse clipped it to deep square-leg for just one.
Brydon Carse batting at 8th position
Will Jacks has been dismissed for 7 runs off 7 balls
17.2 Alzarri Joseph to Will Jacks, OUT! SLAPPED TO CHASE AND TAKES A STUNNER! Joseph has the last laugh. Back of a length, keeps it wide of off-stump. Jacks had to stretch, slapped it towards extra-cover. Chase diving to his right, takes a good catch.
17.1 Alzarri Joseph to Will Jacks, OH! Shepherd saves a certain maximum there, balances himself inches behind the ropes and holds on to it, but it's a free-hit and Jacks survives. Length delivery on the pads, Jacks beautifully flicked that one away and almost sails over the ropes.
17.1 Alzarri Joseph to Will Jacks, WIDE! Back of a length, goes well outside the tramline this time and a wide has been called.
17.1 Alzarri Joseph to Will Jacks, NO-BALL! FOUR! Goes horrendously wrong by Joseph. Full toss, angling way down the leg-side. Hope had no chance to even reach for it, races away to fine-leg ropes. Umpire signals it a no-ball! Joseph's not happy one bit!
