Darcie Brown: I was trying to pitch it up a bit. We were up and about from the start. It took me a little to get started today after playing the last game. I have been bowling a bit short here and there. Have been trying to make it a variation and not a normal thing. I haven't played at the Optus Stadium but it looks unreal looking at the AFL. I don't know about the travel plans but hopefully the flight isn't too early

That is it!! Katie Mack finishes off the match in style and Adelaide Strikers are into the final!!! They wrap up the match with nine wickets and 55 balls to spare. A target of 84 was never going to enough to defend for the Melbourne Renegades and it showed as both Mack and Dane van Niekerk came out attacking. The duo went onto 48 runs in the Powerplay and continued to be positive thereafter too. It was only in the tenth over when Van Niekerk holed out to mid-off off Carly Leeson's bowling.

However, it didn't matter as Laura Wolvaardt came out and unfurled a couple of graceful shots. In the end, the run-machine Katie Mack struck a boundary off Rhiaan O'Donnell to bring an end to the game. So, with this victory, Adelaide Strikers advance to the final where they will take on Perth Scorchers at the Optus Stadium on Saturday.
