20:08 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

We have officially crossed the 2020 NBA trade deadline! Two of the biggest franchises to have yet not completed a trade are the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Jaylen Brown and LeBron James
Expect both teams to be active in the buyout market. With the Clippers also having completed a deal for Marcus Morris, expect the Lakers to scoop up free agent Darren Collison.

20:02 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

The Miami-Memphis trade has now extended to added Minnesota with the Timberwolves sending Gorgui Dieng to the Grizzlies for James Johnson.

19:55 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Here are the complete details of the 3-team deal that sends Marcus Morris to the Los Angeles Clippers.

19:55 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

19:47 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Marcus Morris is headed to the LA Clippers!

The Clippers and the New York Knicks reportedly have a deal in place that would send Marcus Morris to LA with Moe Harkless moving the other way. The Knicks will also be receiving Clippers' 2020 first-round pick. Both the franchises are currently finalizing other pieces of the move!

19:43 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

In the meantime, James Ennis has been traded by the Philadelphia 76ers to Orlando Magic. The trade has been made to create roster spots for the likes of Alec Burks and Glenn Robinson III who were acquired from the Warriors last night.

19:39 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

The Denver Nuggets have acquired sharpshooter Jordan McRae in exchange for Shabazz Napier whom they only recently acquired in the 4-team trade on Monday.

19:38 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

19:35 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

We have a surprising trade in store as the Cleveland Cavaliers have apparently completed a move for Andre Drummond!
Andre Drummond

The Pistons have finally managed to move Drummond to the Cavs and will be receiving John Henson, Brandon Knight, and a second-round pick in return as per Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.

19:01 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

We're only one hour away from the NBA trade deadline!

18:56 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

The Clippers seem to be coming alive as they are now actively engaged in trade talks for Marcus Morris with the New York Knicks!

18:55 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

18:47 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Los Angeles Clippers have traded guard Derrick Walton Jr. to the Atlanta Hawks for cash considerations.

18:21 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

In the meantime, Houston Rockets have traded Jordan Bell, whom they received in the 4-team deal along with Robert Covington, to the Memphis Grizzlies for Bruno Caboclo!

18:20 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

18:16 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

BREAKING: The Golden State Warriors have traded D'Angelo Russell to Minnesota Timberwolves!
D'Angelo Russell

The Warriors will receive Andrew Wiggins, 2021 first-round pick (top 3 protected, unprotected in 2022), and a 2021 second-round pick.

Golden State will be sending Jacob Evans and Omari Spellman to Minnesota as well.

18:01 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

We are now just 2 hours away from the 2020 NBA trade deadline!

17:47 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

As per reports from Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle, the Houston Rockets have inquired about Christian Wood who has done well for the Detroit Pistons so far this season.
Christian Wood

After trading Clint Capela and Nene to the Atlanta Hawks, the Rockets have a dearth of big men with PJ Tucker being zeroed in as the starting center for the franchise.

Wood has been averaging 10.5 points and 5.3 rebounds for the Pistons while shooting at 57% accuracy from the field. He can also stretch the floor and given his 6'10 frame, the 24-year-old can provide much-needed size to Mike D'Antoni's rotation at the 4 and the 5.

17:28 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

We now have final confirmation on the players involved in the Andre Iguodala trade as talks have stalled between Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder as per reports from ESPN. Thus, the trade remains a two-team deal involving the Heat and Memphis Grizzlies.
Andre Iguodala

Here are the full trade details:

Miami Heat receive - Andre Iguodala, Jae Crowder, Solomon Hill
Memphis Grizzlies receive - Justise Winslow, Dion Waiters, James Johnson

As is evident, no draft picks are involved in the deal. There's still time for Miami Heat to push for Danilo Gallinari, however, as of now, this looks like the final picture.

17:15 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

As per the latest reports, Memphis are sending Jae Crowder to the Heat as part of the Iguodala trade. As per Adrian Wojnarowski,  the focus is now on making the trade a two-team deal with Pat Riley failing to come to terms with OKC Thunder to land Danilo Gallinari.

17:14 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

17:10 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

It's becoming more and more likely that Andre Drummond will remain a Detroit Pistons player past the NBA trade deadline.
Andre Drummond

The best rebounding center in the league has more or less made it clear that he intends to test the free agency market at the end of the season and as such, franchises haven't found the prospect of adding him to their roster appealing.

14:39 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Alec Burks and Glenn Robinson III were traded to the Philadelphia 76ers last night, but as per Keith Smith of Yahoo Sports, the Boston Celtics were also interested in the duo:

14:36 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

14:34 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Nene, whom the Atlanta Hawks acquired in the 4-team trade that also saw them securing the services of center Clint Capela, has now been waived by the franchise.

13:33 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Marcus Morris has been another highly sought after player.

Both the LA franchises have been interested in the veteran forward but the New York Knicks have been reluctant to move him. It was reported earlier too that both the player and the franchise are interested in a contract extension. However, Knicks' stance could change following the sacking of president Steve Mills.

13:11 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Here's a further update from Adrian Wojnarowski which outlines Miami's mindset regarding the Gallinari trade and the fact that they are working on a contract extension.

13:09 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

12:54 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

One of the players to look forward to on NBA trade deadline day is Danilo Gallinari.
Danilo Gallinari

As mentioned by Adrian Wojnarowski earlier, the Miami Heat plan to expand the Andre Iguodala trade involving Memphis to land the Italian sharpshooter. Oklahoma City Thunder GM Sam Presti is a shrewd man so it will be interesting to see what Pat Riley and co. are able to offer to the former for the services of Gallo.

11:29 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Much to the chagrin of their fans, the Los Angeles Lakers are yet to make any moves in the trade market. They have been linked with the likes of Marcus Morris and veteran free agent Darren Collison among others.

The Purple and Gold have also received inquiries for Kyles Kuzma and Alex Caruso, so there's enough possibility of a few moves going down before the 3:00 PM ET deadline today.

Here are some of the Lakers trade rumors still doing the rounds.

06:41 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

We've had a lot about trades. Let's now talk about players who look unlikely to be traded!

Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports reported earlier today that Derrick Rose is expected to stay with the Pistons. This would come in as bad news for fans of Los Angeles Lakers, LA Clippers, and Utah Jazz, all of whom were interested in the player.
Bogdan Bogdanovic

Looks like Bogdan Bogdanovic is likely to stay put with Sacramento Kings. NY Times' Marc Stein has reported that having gotten rid of Dewayne Dedmon's contract, the Kings are confident that they'll be in a financial position to match any offer that the Serbian receives once he becomes a restricted free agent at the end of the season. He was another trade target for the Lakers.

06:03 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Here's what Andre Iguodala has to say about him playing for Miami Heat:

06:02 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

05:59 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Next up, it's Philly who have made a move on the trade market as they've acquired the services of Glenn Robinson and Alec Burks from the Golden State Warriors in exchange for draft compensation!

Alec Burks and Glenn Robinson

Here's what each team gets as reported by Adrian Wojnarowski:

Philadelphia 76ers - Alec Burks, Glenn Robinson III
Golden State Warriors -
2020 second-round pick (via Dallas Mavericks), 2021 second-round pick (via Denver Nuggets), 2020 second-round pick (via Toronto Raptors)

05:53 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Danilo Gallinari could soon be a Miami Heat player too, as the Heat are apparently looking to expand the Iguodala trade to include Oklahoma City Thunder in the mix!

05:53 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

05:47 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

Here are the complete details of the Andre Iguodala trade that sends him to Miami:
Andre Iguodala

Miami Heat get:
Andre Iguodala - Iggy has signed a 2-year extension worth $30 million with the Heat. Additionally, Miami have a player option for the 2021-22 season.

Memphis Grizzlies get:
Justise Winslow - The 23-year-old forward has missed several games due to a back injury but he has averaged over 11 points and 6 rebounds per game in the 11 matchups he has featured in so far this season.

03:14 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

More trades incoming as we see Sacramento's Dewayne Dedmon on the move!

03:12 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

03:10 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

The future of one of the most in-demand veterans in the NBA has been decided. Andre Iguodala is headed to Miami Heat!

03:09 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

03:08 (GMT)6 FEB 2020

The trade deadline week kicked off yesterday via a monster 4-way trade involving the Houston Rockets, Denver Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Atlanta Hawks which saw a total of 12 players on the move! You can check out the article below for all the details.

03:05 (GMT)6 FEB 2020
