Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan defeat Finn Balor and Karrion Kross by pin

She stands Balor up only for Kross to nail him in the back of the neck with a devastating elbow. She places the NXT title on Finn's chest before saying "Everything happens for a reason. You can't escape fate." Was this all a set up?

Kross immediately hits the ring and hits several Saito Suplexes on Lorcan. He then goes crazy on Balor before Scarlett stops him.

He throws Balor into the plexi and then into the ring. Lorcan hits a running Euro Uppercut and gets the win.
RESULT: Lorcan and Burch retain titles by pin over Finn Balor and Karrion Kross.

Balor hits a slingblade on Lorcan and then does his double kick to the chest to Lorcan. Lorcan stumbles into Scarlett, knocking her down. Finn goes to check on her and understandably, Kross loses his mind.

Lorcan knocks Kross off the apron, preventing Balor from tagging him in. Balor gets control and the action spills outside.

Lorcan hits Balor with a European Uppercut and then seems to stall for time by grandstanding. He gets caught as Balor hits a Pele kick.

The NXT medical team is looking at Burch's right arm on the outside. He winced in pain . . . .

Hits a suplex for a two count and into a rest move on Balor.

Lorcan gets control and keeps a leg on Balor's throat in his corner.

Back from the break and Balor dropkicks Lorcan to the jaw. Burch doesn't appear to be in his team's corner. Oh no.

Kross waits in the corner as the ref helps Burch to his corner. In comes Lorcan and with him the commercial.

Lorcan comes in and attacks Kross but Kross double suplexes both Champs. Burch looks legit hurt . . .

Burch tries to get out but Kross doesn't relent. He body slams Burch and stares down Lorcan.

Kross keeps Burch in a bear hug

Lorcan starts things off but is quickly decked to the mat by Kross. In come Burch and Kross gets a clap from Balor.

Did the Champs even get an entrance? That doesn't bode well for their chances . . . .

Time for KrossBalor vs. Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch!!!!

We get a quick promo from Xia Li saying that resistance will not be tolerated.

We go backstage to Raquel Gonzalez looking at the title contract given to her by Shirai. Kai says "it's time to remind them who runs this division."

Knight goes to pick up his now destroyed blue jacket and walks away in anger. Don't look back in anger, I heard you say.

Knight reasserts control and hits a few moves before picking up the win.
RESULT: LA KNIGHT defeats August Grey by pin.

Grey gets a quick fall off the distraction and hits a neckbreaker.

He pulls off the bandana of Grey before reed shows up on the ramp with Knight's jacket. Fat Guy in Little Coat anyone? Tommy Boy?

Waiting in the ring is August Grey, not Bronson Reed. Knight takes control right away and hits an impressive power slam.

Up next is the in-ring debut of LA KNIGHT!!!!!!!!!

Imperium leaves Ciampa in a heap before we cut to the NXT parking lot. It appears Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly tried to run each other off of the road and got arrested.

Walter chops Ciampa to next week and Imperium takes over.
