Updated: 08 June 2020 07:30 IST - Published: 08 June 2020 05:13 IST
...
Well... Wednesday should be fun, right? I'll see you all then! Hope you enjoyed tonight and stay safe out there!
...
Results:
Tegan Nox, Shotzi Blackheart, and Mia Yim defeat Candice Larae, Dakota Kai, and Raquel Gonzalez
Finn Balor defeats Damien Priest
NXT North American Champion Keith Lee retains against Johnny Gargano
NXT Champion Adam Cole retains against Velveteen Dream
Karrion Kross defeats Tomasso Ciampa
Io Shirai defeats Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair to win the NXT Women's Championship
...
OK, that was a pretty dang good show! Congrats to Io Shirai on her title win. That was a stunner of a way to end the show! Let's talk a look at those match results in just a moment...
...
Io Shirai gets the pin on Rhea Ripley! Flair had the Figure 8 on her, but a splash from the top rope and gets the pin!

Result: Io Shirai defeats Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley to win the NXT Women's Championship
...
Shirai has Flair on the mat and is going for a moonsault, but Ripley runs interference
...
Io off the top of the house... yeah, that's a sentence that works in this context... Shirai launches herself onto Flair and Ripley
...
Ripley and Flair going at it on the outside (like Mauro said) after Ripley broke up a Figure Eight, and now all three women are fighting on the In Your House set.
...
Shirai is making herself a star tonight. This match is fantastic.
...
A moonsault doesn't work out well for Flair, as Ripley gets her knees up... and followed by a crossface hold by Shirai!
...
Charlotte Flair manages to nail both opponents with a vicious spear
...
Shirai with a 619 on Charlotte!
...
Charlotte with a Boston Crab on Io, but she escapes and Ripley moves in for the attack - screaming all the way - while Io recovers
...
Charlotte is chased out of the ring, but gets back in to nail Io with a fallaway slam.
...
Crowd chants "You don't go here", Charlotte shoots back "I made here!"
...
We're finishing tonight with the NXT Women's Championship triple threat match - Rhea Ripley vs Io Shirai vs champion Charlotte Flair
...
Karrion Kross with the grounded submission move and gets the win!

Result: Karrion Kross defeats Tomasso Ciampa
...
Whoa! Ciampa manages to nail Kross with the Willow's Bell on-the-ropes DDT and gets a 2-count, but Kross just gets the advantage again.
...
Ciampa tries to fight his way out of this with slaps but... that doesn't work.
...
If you need an example of what is going on in this match, think of that SummerSlam match where Brock Lesnar basically destroyed John Cena, and... that's what Kross is doing to Ciampa.
...
Whoa. Ciampa attacks first and Kross just shrugs it off. Holy cow.
...
Kross makes his entrance first, along with Scarlett, followed by Ciampa.
...
Kross vs Ciampa is next!
...
Todd Pettengill is back and I'm so happy.
...
"Nobody... NOBODY... can beat me for this!" - Adam Cole
...
...
Cole with a Panama Sunrise onto the chairs in the ring! Cole wins!

Result: Adam Cole retains his NXT Championship against Velveteen Dream
...
Dream starts talking trash, and Cole just nails him in the groin.
...
Dream sits Cole in an unfolded chair and nails him with a Purple Rainmaker but STILL only gets a 2 count!

This match is insane!
...
Cole leaps off the top for a Panama Sunrise, but Dream catches him and nails him with a Dream Valley Driver! 2-count!
...
Loomis tosses Fish and Strong into the trunk of a car and drives away!
...
Dexter Loomis is here, and he's fighting off the AE!
...
Fish and Strong are unloading the back of Cole's truck, which is filled with steel chairs, and tossing them into the ring, ECW style.
...
Cole is sprawled out on a car hood and Dream is climbing a ladder, seemingly going up to dive down onto him.

Suddenly, the rest of the Undisputed ERA pull up in a car, distracting him. And now they're attacking.
...
Cole goes for his finisher on the outside of the ring but Dream nails him with a superkick.
...
Adam Cole asks for a "time out" which, you know, isn't a thing in wrestling.
...
...
Cole escapes into the building. Dream goes after him, but Cole blasts a fire extinguisher into his face.
...
A car pulls up, asking if anyone called for an Uber ride. It's a minivan, so Dream tosses Cole into one side and out the other.
...
Cole jumps into a car to either get away or protect himself, but Dream leaps onto the hood and starts to wail that baseball bat on the windshield
...
The referee makes it clear that he's only there to count a pinfall or submission.
...
Dream arrives dressed as Negan from Walking Dead, complete with baseball bat.
...
And Dream arrives in a... well, I don't know what kind of car it is, but I know I'LL never be able to afford it.
...
Considering it's a "cinematic" match, it makes a little sense to have it now. I guess?

Cole arrives to the backlot in a monster truck.
...
Looks like we've got the NXT Championship Match coming up next
...
Lee glances at his injured hand as if you say "nah, ain't no thing", nails Gargano with another Spirit Bomb, then the Big Bang Catastrophe and THE WIN!

Result: Keith Lee defeats Johnny Gargano to retain the North American Championship
...
Spirit Bomb on Gargano!
...
Oh. Keys. Continuity.
