What will happen at Sheamus' toast for Jeff Hardy?
Updated: 04 July 2020 08:24 IST - Published: 03 July 2020 14:07 IST
...
Thanks for following along with me folks! We'll see you next week for Monday Night RAW!
...
...
A Swanton Bomb ends the show. Gotta say, it was a fantastic SmackDown with a...kind of gross ending.
...
Sheamus's personal bartender offers Jeff a drink. Jeff pours it on him and bashes a bottle over the back of his head.
...
...
Sheamus says that Hardy's addiction has made it back to the forefront, and it's affecting his work. However, he's found a solution...and it's in one of the bottles in the ring.
...
It's time for Sheamus to toast Jeff Hardy. There was booze of all kinds in the ring along with Hardy. Sheamus spoke to him through the screen.
...
Well, just like that Nakamura and Cesaro are getting a title shot next week!
...
...
Nakamura and Cesaro attempt to put Kofi through a table, but Big E makes the save.
...
Shinsuke Nakamura defeats Kofi Kingston via pinfall.
...
The Kinshasa lays out Kofi Kingston, giving The Artists Collective yet another win over the SmackDown Tag Team Champions.
...
Kingston escapes another knee and drops Nakamura with a Cave In! Nakamura kicks out and Cameron Grimes is screaming somewhere in the building.
...
Kofi avoids the Kinshasa and the rear exploder suplex to hit the S.O.S.
...
Kofi begins to build up steam and lights up Nakamura, leading to a crossbody attempt. Nakamura counters with a Codebreaker, but can't get the win. Kofi's Trouble in Paradise misses, and Nakamura responds with a wheel kick!
...
Nakamura lands a big knee on Kofi as his head hangs off the apron. Back inside, he chokes out the greatest tag team wrestler in WWE history (yeah I said it).
...
...
...
Cesaro hits Kingston with a cheapshot, leading to Big E chasing him around the ring while Nakamura chokes Kingston. Referee Jessika tosses both men out, leaving Kingston and Nakamura by themselves.
...
Kingston takes Nakamura to the floor but the King of Strong Style walks away to avoid the dive. Kingston stops himself short and drives Nakamura into the plexiglass.
...
Kind of crazy that only one person involved in this match or around this ring is a former WWE Champion, right?
...
Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro have had the number of The New Day lately. Tonight, Kofi Kingston faces off against Nakamura.
...
...
We got a short recap of Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt's latest installment. The Eater of Worlds has returned, and will face the Universal Champion in a Wyatt Swamp Fight at Extreme Rules: The Horror Show.
...
Bayley defeats Alexa Bliss via DQ.
...
Bayley infuriates Nikki Cross, distracting the ref and allowing Banks to rock Bliss with a knee. Cross runs down Banks and lays out Bayley with a running crossbody.
...
...
Bayley bashes Bliss's arm on the apron and follows up with the Nikki Cross-like clothesline/bulldog combination.
...
...
Bayley takes over by focusing on the arm, hitting repeated shoulder breakers.
...
Bliss takes Bayley down with a drop toe hold and a basement dropkick before setting her up in the corner. Bayley blocks the slap but gets thumped in the head, then slapped again.
...
Nikki Cross is ready to take Bayley's SmackDown Women's Championship. Bayley laughs in her face and gets the taste smacked out of her mouth by Alexa Bliss.

Sasha says it's time to shut Bliss up for good, and Bayley is the one to do it! My my, how the turntables.
...
Bayley kicks up a "Thank you Bayley; Thank you Sasha" chant but is cut off by Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross. They pulled out lists of their own accomplishments.

Nikki Cross, for example, is the Queen of Scotland and 325th in line to the throne in England.

Alexa Bliss was the first woman to drive across Antarctica in a Go-cart. That's pretty impressive.
...
The duo's tribute is full of...well..clips of themselves bragging about how great they are. I mean, what other opinions do they need?
...
Though they love the Deadman, they're happy that he's finally gone. It's time for a tribute to Sasha and Bayley! It's about time!
...
Bayley's Taker impression is God-awful. Let's hear more.
...
Bayley and Banks say that while nobody in the locker room cares about them, The Undertaker respects them.
...
Bayley runs down the impressive week that the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions have had. Well...Sasha, anyway.
...
It's time for Sasha Banks & Bayley! The Golden Role Models!
...
AJ Styles defeats Drew Gulak via pinfall.
...
...
Styles hangs Gulak up on the ropes so he can hit a Phenomenal Forearm and send a message. Gulak can't escape, and that's an impressive title defense for the champ.
...
AJ catches Gulak running in and plants him with a powerbomb. Immediately following that is the Styles Clash, seemingly knocking Gulak out.
