Jake Paul appears to have his sights set on targets bigger than YouTuber KSI.

In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani for 'The MMA Hour', Paul spoke on KSI's recent comments where he described 'The Problem Child' as his 'end goal' in fighting.

But Paul does not seem too keen on the idea. In an interview, the 26-year-old said that he had dreams of becoming a world champion in boxing and a fight with 'KSI' would just be a 'side quest' for him.

"He's like a sidechick to me, I have much bigger plans than him. I'm gonna become a world champion, that's the path I'm on. KSI's kinda like a side quest. But of course I'm his end goal," said Paul.

In his short boxing career, Paul has shared the ring with several big names of the combat sports world. In just his third professional bout, 'The Problem Child' knocked out former UFC fighter Ben Askren in the opening round.

The 26-year-old then went on to score two back-to-back victories against former UFC champion Tyron Woodley - the first by split decision and the second by knockout.

In his last outing, the YouTuber-turned-boxer took on MMA legend Anderson Silva and defeated him by unanimous decision. With high-profile names on his boxing resume, it would be safe to assume that the Ohio-born wants to fight big names in combat sports like Nate Diaz and Canelo Alvarez.

KSI gives his prediction for Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury

After multiple cancelations, Jake Paul is finally set to compete against Tommy Fury in a boxing match. The fight will take place on February 26 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

KSI recently shared his thoughts on the matchup in an Q & A session with LADBible. According to the British YouTuber, Paul would emerge victorious in his encounter against 'TNT'.

"Honestly, I think Jake Paul. As much as I hate to say it, he's gonna win. I truly think Jake Paul has a better mindset and wants it more than Tommy. I don't think Jake is a better boxer than Tommy, but I think Tommy Fury is just all over the place."
