Andrew Tate does not believe he will be found guilty of the charges that have been placed against him in Romania.

In December last year, 'Top G', along with his brother Tristan Tate, were arrested by the Romanian authorities on multiple charges including human trafficking and rape.

On Friday, the Tate brothers were released from the Romanian prison. After getting out, 'Top G' addressed the media, saying he was thankful to the judges who paid attention to his case and let him and his brother out.

Tate added that he did not resent Romania and just wanted the truth to come out.

The 36-year-old claims that he was innocent of the charges placed against him and thus, would not be convicted in court.

"[I thank the judges] who heard us today because they were very attentive, and they listened to us, and they let us free... I have no resentment in my heart for the country of Romania or for anybody else, I just believe in the truth ... I truly believe that justice will be served in the end. There is zero percent chance of me being convicted for something I've not done," said Andrew Tate.

The Tate brothers have now been ordered by the court to remain under house arrest. They cannot contact any of the witnesses involved in this case. If the duo has a desire to go out, they would need to get prior approval from the authorities.

Andrew Tate has a message for his critics

Andrew Tate has fired back at his detractors in a Twitter post. 'Top G' said that the people who were accusing him of various crimes were filled with hate. The former kickboxing champion also claimed that he was 'cleaner' than the majority of people that a person crosses paths with in a mall.

"Investigated and followed for over a year across the planet. Subject any "normal" man to this - see what appears. No charges, zero sexual perversions or immoralities. My detractors are too hate filled to realise, I am cleaner than 99.9% of the people you walk past in the mall."

On numerous occasions, Tate has faced backlash for his controversial statements against women. But 'Top G' does enjoy supporters who see him as an advocate for men's rights.
