Yes, Internet sensation Hasbulla Magomedov has indeed signed with the UFC. Earlier this month, the social media star confirmed the news through an Instagram post.

Also, a report by Yahoo! life states that the Russian has inked a five-year deal with the premier MMA promotion.

In the Instagram post, Magomedov revealed that he has, in fact, inked a deal to fight in the premier mixed martial arts organization:

"UFC rumors are true I have officially signed the contract details will come later this year. Thanks to @UFC and @DanaWhite for the opportunity, I will try to justify your trust... The rumors are true. I have officially signed a deal to fight in the UFC!"

However, in a recent interview with My Mom's Basement with Robbie Fox, UFC President Dana White clarified that even though Magomedov has signed with the UFC, whether or not he will fight in the promotion remains to be seen:

"I didn't know this was coming, but yes we did sign Hasbulla. And what he's going to end up [whether he fights or not] doing remains to be seen."

The Tik Tok star suffers from a form of dwarfism and is 3 ft 4 inches in stature despite being (he is believed to be) 20 years of age. He initially gained fame for his MMA-esque face-off with Abdu Rozik, who also suffers from a similar condition.

Hasbulla expected to be in Islam Makhachev's corner at UFC 280

It's no secret that social media star Hasbulla maintains a friendship with fellow Russian and former undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Magomedov is expected to be in Nurmagomedov's protege Islam Makhachev's corner during his lightweight title clash against Charles Oliveira at UFC 280. Earlier this month, Makhachev's manager Ali Abdelaziz confirmed the news via a tweet.

However, it seems that not everyone is stoked by the news. In a recently posted video on his YouTube Channel, former UFC athlete Chael Sonnen suggested that using Magomedov as a prop for his own benefit was a cheap move by Makhachev.
