Former UFC fighter Cain Carrizosa was charged with aggravated assault for domestic violence (second-degree felony) and robbery (second-degree felony) in Washington County, Utah's Fifth District Court, according to a report by ABC4.com's Ryan Bittan.Carrizosa, 36, has fought under the UFC banner twice against Chris Wade and Leonardo Mafra, losing on both occasions. When police arrived, they saw the woman confused and with scrapes on her knees, which she claimed were caused by Carrizosa pushing her. She also told authorities that Carrizosa had struck her in the back of the head.The woman was sent to the hospital for evaluation, according to the police, but she fainted and had a seizure while speaking to law enforcement. Witnesses supported her claims about being punched in the back of the head.The woman informed police that she and Carrizosa were involved in an altercation. According to a probable cause affidavit, Carrizosa followed her and shoved her while she was grabbing her purse from the vehicle. The affidavit adds that as she moved away, Carrizosa punched her in the back of the head.
