With his 13-second knockout victory, the Irishman earned a staggering $590,000 ($500,000 show money, $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus, and $40,000 Reebok sponsorship) and went on to become a household name.

McGregor's rivalry with Nate Diaz was a massive pay-per-view hit, and the Irishman reportedly made $1,090,000 and $3,090,000 for the bouts at UFC 196 and UFC 202, respectively.

Against Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205, in what was arguably one of his best performances to date, McGregor scored a spectacular TKO victory that saw him become the first-ever simultaneous two-division champion in the UFC. He made $3,090,000 for that fight as well.

'The Notorious' was granted the rare opportunity to cross over into the world of boxing and challenge Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a boxing match. McGregor earned an astounding $30,000,000 for the fight. According to The Irish Mirror, the former two-division champion earns approximately €1,740,000 every fight, not including the money he receives from his enormous sponsorship deals or PPV bonuses.
