Rodtang is a Muay Mat style fighter, which means he is primarily a puncher. 'Mini T' Williams stood in the pocket and exchanged punches with him, going back and forth with some heavy shots.

Early in the first round, Williams caught and tripped the Muay Thai world champion after the two exchanged punches. As the fight went on, the powerful Rodtang landed fists and elbows, but the bloodied Williams always threw back with authority. The Thai-Aussie athlete even landed a flying elbow, to which the Thai fighter returned with a flurry of punches and a low kick.

After trading salvos of punches throughout, Rodtang was able to walk away with a unanimous decision win.

After this bout, 'Mini T' Williams went undefeated, collecting three consecutive wins in 2022. He knocked out Zelang Zhaxi and Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke, both of which are featured in the above video, and dominated Namiki Kawahara.
