UFC 285 has shaped up to be a can't miss event as a welterweight clash between Ian Garry and Song Kenan has been added to the event.

Garry is an exciting prospect in the welterweight division and looks to remain unbeaten in his MMA career. It looked as though the 25-year-old was linked with Bryan Barberena as he told GiveMeSporti that he wanted to avenge his teammate Robby Lawler's loss.

'The Future' is in for a tough test as Kenan is a veteran who has been fairly successful since joining the UFC in 2017. He has a 18-5 MMA record and is coming off a first-round knockout loss to Max Griffin at UFC Vegas 22.

Prior to his loss to Griffin, Kenan was riding a two-fight winning streak that included a unanimous decision against Derrick Krantz and a first-round knockout win against Callan Porter.

UFC 285 will be headlined by Jon Jones' return to the octagon as he and Ciryl Gane compete for the vacant heavyweight championship.

Will Ian Garry extend his undefeated streak?

Ian Garry is a promising young fighter in the UFC's welterweight division and will have an opportunity to gain more exposure and popularity should he earn another decisive win at UFC 285 on March 4.

'The Future' made his MMA debut at Cage Warriors 101 in 2019 and quickly made a name for himself and ascended the rankings. Prior to joining the UFC in 2021, he defeated Jack Grant to become the new Cage Warriors welterweight champion.

The 25-year-old showcased his abilities in his UFC debut as he earned a first-round knockout win against Jordan Williams. Most recently, he was one of the fighters that helped his teammate Gilbert Burns prepare for his bout with Neil Magny, which could benefit him as he spent time training and getting rounds in with a top-ranked welterweight.
