Muay Thai prodigy Rodtang Jitmuangnon achieved a flawless victory against the ONE strawweight Muay Thai world champion 'The Hurricane' Joseph Lasiri. However, 'The Iron Man' was disappointed in his foe and wanted more.

Jitmuangnon was dominant bell to bell as he defended his ONE flyweight Muay Thai world championship at ONE on Prime Video 4. The Thai-born athlete wanted to entertain the fans more, though.

The Muay Thai phenom spoke with Tom Taylor of South China Morning Post MMA and said:

"It was great to be able to defend the world title again. However, I expected more from Lasiri because he was running away from me too much. He wasn’t entertaining for the fans, so I’m a little bit disappointed."

'The Iron Man' wanted more engagement from his Moroccan-Italian opponent, he added:

"As a world champion himself, he could have done more to make it more entertaining, and then brawl with me instead of running away."

The power differential was notable when 'The Iron Man' and Lasiri exchanged. Even though 'The Hurricane' is a Muay Thai world champion in ONE, his power didn't translate well to a higher-weight division.
