One year after becoming just the second fighter to win the ONE women's atomweight MMA world championship, Stamp Fairtex will attempt to become a two-division world titleholder.
On Friday, September 6, the Thai fan favorite returns to the United States for a showdown with current ONE strawweight MMA queen Xiong Jing Nan at ONE 168: Denver. The event will emanate from Ball Arena at The Mile High City — Denver, Colorado — where Stamp made her stateside debut nearly a year ago at ONE Fight Night 10.
This time, she'll take center stage, potentially headlining a historic night of fights with the chance to do what her predecessor, Angela Lee, could not.
"I think ‘The Panda’ is going to be my biggest test because I’m going up in weight for this fight," she said during a recent interview with the South China Morning Post.
But before Stamp Fairtex goes toe-to-toe with Xiong Jing Nan at Ball Arena, she'll put her ONE women's atomweight MMA world title on the line for the first time this summer.
