"That's just bullying!" - Michael Bisping believes Paddy Pimblett should accept Jake Paul's offer, despite knowing he'll lose to 'The Problem Child'

Jake Paul challenged Paddy Pimblett to a sparring match after the latter made comments about his fight against Anderson Silva being rigged.

In a tweet, Paul offered to fly Pimblett out to Puerto Rico for a five-round sparring match and a million-dollar prize. However, if 'The Baddy' were to lose against Paul, he would join his newly-established fighters union, the United Fighters Association.

Former UFC middleweight Michael Bisping weighed in on the potential matchup in a video uploaded to his YouTube channel.

"This is the one that really blows my mind. Jake Paul is a big dude... He walks around at 200 pounds-ish. Paddy the Baddy is fighting next week at 155 pounds, and yes, we know Paddy the Baddy turns into Paddy the Fatty. But he doesn't fight at that weight, he fights at 155 pounds and here he is talking shit. It's a great opportunity for Paddy. If I'm him, I'm doing that. I'm taking that million dollars because that association bullshit is never gonna happen. But what Jake's doing here is kinda smart."

Bisping then expanded on why 'The Baddy' will likely lose to the bigger Paul:

"He sees that Paddy has a lot of fame at the minute, he's the new Conor McGregor, he's the man of the moment, he's the co-main event in Vegas next week. If that goes to plan, his star is gonna explode even more. So Jake flies him down to Costa Rica [Puerto Rico] and more than likely beats him up on the feet because he's a better boxer, he's a bigger guy. He's stronger, he's probably faster and he's got better hands. Paddy is primarily a jiu-jitsu guy, so he beats him up. That's just bullying!"

Paddy Pimblett praises Jake Paul's boxing

Paddy Pimblett did accept Jake Paul's challenge with his own personal stipulations of fighting at the UFC Performance Institute after his UFC 282 co-main event against Jared Gordon.

He spoke to TMZ and accepted the challenge but also gave his thoughts on Jake Paul's boxing and the improvements he has shown. He said:

"I don’t even think he’s a bad boxer. I think he’s a decent boxer now, because all he’s done is boxing in the past two years. I think he’d beat Tommy Fury, but I know he wouldn’t beat me."

While 'The Baddy' maintained that he would not lose against Paul, he will have his focus on Jared Gordon. A potential win against Gordon in the co-main event of a pay-per-view could help Pimblett break into the lightweight contenders rankings.
