Fans reacted to Alex Pereira and his photographer playfully exchanging the middle finger during a quick photoshoot.
Pereira, the reigning UFC light heavyweight champion, has gained a reputation for being a killer inside the octagon and humble outside of fighting. 'Poatan' recently provided another example by sharing a funny moment with his photographer.
Earlier today, Happy Punch re-posted a video of Pereira on X. The footage showed the Brazilian fan favorite posing for his photographer with his middle finger raised. Shortly after taking the picture, the photographer returned the favor with the same playful gesture.
Happy Punch added the following caption to the X post:
"Alex Pereira’s photographer playing a real dangerous game at the end"

Magomed Ankalaev claims he will defeat Alex Pereira twice in 2025
On October 5, Alex Pereira defended his UFC light heavyweight world title with a fourth-round knockout against Khalil Rountree Jr. Heading into the matchup, many fans and analysts questioned why Rountree received the opportunity to dethrone Pereira instead of top contender Magomed Ankalaev.
Ankalaev has since secured a unanimous decision win against Aleksandar Rakic, practically guaranteeing him a title shot against Pereira. Earlier this month, Ankalaev continued his trash talk toward Pereira by saying this on Twitter:
"I’m going to beat @AlexPereiraUFC in March and I will give him a rematch in July and then I will beat one of these bums like Jamahal Hill and Jiri in Abu Dhabi in October. @Mickmaynard2 @danawhite"
Number one-ranked Magomed Ankalaev hasn't lost since a third-round submission defeat against Paul Craig in March 2018. Ankalaev is riding an 11-0-1 run (one no-contest) since facing Craig, including wins against Aleksandar Rakic, Johnny Walker, Anthony Smith, Thiago Santos, and more.
