KSI and Dillon Danis were scheduled to face off in the boxing ring later this month. That was until yesterday, when news surfaced that Danis would be pulling out of the fight. The news was reported by Misfits Boxing, who were in charge of promoting the fight.

The Brit will now face famous streamer FaZe Temperrr on January 14. The new opponent has since garnered the support of former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley.

Woodley took to Twitter following the announcement of KSI's new opponent and called out the management team of the English star. 'The Chosen One' claimed that he had tried to contact the YouTuber's team to activate a fight contract he had been sent. Woodley also sent FaZe Temperrr some words of encouragement.

Woodley wrote:

"You a whole b***h! @KSI No one picked up the phone to execute the contract you sent me. Needed NO NOTICE! @Temperrr You a G! All Love to you. You my brother! Whip this h*e's a**!"

Tyron Woodley was famously beaten by Jake Paul twice in the boxing ring in 2021. The second fight produced a highlight-reel knockout for 'The Problem Child'. Despite that, it appears that 'The Chosen One' is hungry for another showdown with a YouTuber-turned-boxer.

KSI's manager claims Dillon Danis pulled out due to being 'unprepared'

Many popular MMA pundits and ex-fighters, including Ariel Helwani and Josh Thomson, previously claimed that Dillon Danis would pull out of his scheduled boxing match with the British YouTuber and rapper. They have been proven right by the former Bellator fighter.

The news was confirmed by KSI's manager and co-owner of Misfits Boxing, Mams Taylor. He stated that he had received a phone call from Danis' team confirming that 'El Jefe' would not be present on January 14.

Danis bragged about how he didn't have a coach for his upcoming bout during an interview with Helwani on The MMA Hour in December. But it appears that his decision has backfired, as Taylor gave a list of reasons why 'El Jefe' would not be fighting KSI.

Taylor said the following:

"The real reason is, from what [his management] said to me, is that he's underprepared, he has no coach, he might be struggling with weight. For someone who cares about his reputation as much as he does, I didn't think that this would be something [that would happen], despite many people saying that he wouldn't show up to the fight. They were right."
