UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs. Holland: What time does the main event start?

We are barely hours away from the UFC on ESPN 42 fight card headlined by a welterweight clash between Stephen Thompson and Kevin Holland. Let's take a look at when the main event for the night starts.

The main event featuring 'Wonderboy' and 'Trailblazer' is expected to start around 12:30 AM ET / 9:30 PM PT. However, the time for the fight might change depending on how the previous fights play out.

The main card for the Fight Night is scheduled to begin at 10:00 PM ET / 7 PM PT. The middleweight clash between Eryk Anders and Kyle Daukaus will kick off the main card.

The main card also features the highly anticipated heavyweight clash between Tai Tuivasa and Sergei Pavlovich. Furthermore, former lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos will take on Bryan Barberena.

The preliminary card for the event will commence at 7 PM ET / 4 PM PT. The women's strawweight bout between Yazmin Jauregui and Istela Nunes is the first fight on the card.

The prelims also feature a strawweight banger between MMA veteran Angela Hill and Emily Ducote.

The Thompson vs. Holland fight card is the promotion's third to last event of the year.

The premier MMA promotion in the world is also scheduled to host the UFC 282 pay-per-view headlined by a light heavyweight title clash between Jan Blachowicz and Magomed Ankalaev on December 10, followed by the Cannonier vs. Strickland fight card on December 17.
