Dana White reacted to the saddening death of 18-year-old mixed martial artist Victoria Lee.

Lee was the youngest fighter to compete in ONE Championship and fought in the atomweight division. She had three fights under her belt for the same promotion with all three being victories via finishes. Aptly nicknamed 'The Prodigy', Lee made her debut in February 2021 and won her first fight via a rear-naked choke in the second round.

White reposted a post from ONE Championship on his Instagram stories and paid his respects to the young fighter:

"RIP Victoria Lee"

Victoria Lee comes from a family of mixed martial artists as her brother Adrian and sister Angela are both fighters. Angela Lee is a six-time MMA world champion who competes in ONE Championship and it was she who broke the news to the world of her sister's passing.

Angela wrote a tearful goodbye to her little sister on her Instagram and revealed that she passed away on December 26 before the turn of the year.

"On December 26, 2022 our family experienced something no family should ever have to go through... It is incredibly difficult to say this... Our Victoria passed away... You were perfect in every way. The best person I knew. The most beautiful girl, inside and out. We love you Victoria. I love you Sprout. Until the end of time.

Dustin Poirier reacts to Dana White and his wife's slapping altercation

Dana White and his wife were filmed getting into a physical altercation at a New Year's Eve party. The UFC president has earned massive criticism for his actions and for being hypocritical.

UFC lightweight contender Dustin Poirier was the first high-profile fighter to speak out about the incident after he was questioned about it in an interview with Bloody Elbow.

Poirier condemned White's actions but also maintained that he was clueless about the implications of the same. He said:

"Dude. I’m not sure. I have no clue. You should never put your hands on a woman. I don’t know the repercussions that come along with somebody of his stature, running these businesses and doing something like that. I have no clue. It’s not a good look for sure." [via Bloody Elbow]
