ONE light heavyweight and interim heavyweight world champion Anatoly Malykhin is one of the best titleholders in MMA today.

His combination of knockout power and superb wrestling background has made him a force to be reckoned with inside the circle. His steady rise to the top is a product of his intense training and incomparable work ethic.

This doesn't mean, however, that 'Sladkiy' doesn't know how to have fun.

In a recent video released on YouTube, we saw the heavy-handed double champ doing some fun activities outside the gym. Together with his wife Anita and manager Sayat Abdrakhmanov, Malykhin was seen doing some water sports and wall climbing.

Here's the video:

Though we couldn't understand what they were saying, it didn't take a Russian speaker to understand that the trio was having a blast.

And although it may seem like they're purely playing around, there's merit to these activities as far as complementing Anatoly Malykhin's MMA game. Watersports can help with his balance, while wall climbing can help with his grip for grappling.

Anatoly Malykhin to face Arjan Bhullar in ONE heavyweight world title unification bout

It's official: reigning ONE heavyweight world champ Arjan Bhullar will finally take on interim heavyweight titleholder Anatoly Malykhin in a much-anticipated unification bout.

The long-awaited fight for the undisputed ONE heavyweight world title between the two gargantuan powerhouses will take place at ONE Fight Night on Prime Video 8, set for March 24.

Bhullar has not been seen inside the circle since winning the belt against former world champ Brandon Vera in 2021. The Indian-Canadian former Olympic wrestler was scheduled to face Malykhin last September but was forced to pull out due to an injury.

Malykhin, meanwhile, has been on a tear in ONE Championship and is looking to keep his undefeated record intact. 'Sladkiy' had a remarkable 2022, claiming the interim heavyweight world title in February and then snatching the light heavyweight belt in December. The heavy-handed Russian has been looking utterly unstoppable as of late.

Aside from winning his two belts in the same year, Malykhin also did so by knocking out Kirill Grishenko and former double champ Reinier de Ridder. Both wins earned 'Sladkiy' double performance bonuses totalling $200,000.

ONE Fight Night 8 will be live and free for North American fans with an active Amazon Prime subscription.
