ONE bantamweight Muay Thai king Nong-O Gaiyanghadao is looking to defend his world title for a seventh time at ONE Lumpinee. The 36-year-old appears to be in peak form, scoring finishes in each of his last four appearances.

The Thai striker is scheduled to face incoming challenger and fellow veteran Alaverdi Ramazanov, who has won four of his last five bouts.

It's quite possible that striking specialist Nong-O possesses the most violent body kick in all of Muay Thai. His relentless attack was on full display against Hiroaki Suzuki in one of his early title defenses at ONE Championship: Warriors of Light.

The bantamweight Muay Thai king will certainly look to utilize that attack along with his other weapons against the rising Russian contender. Notably, Ramazanov has had three bouts with the champ canceled dating back to March 2020.

Nong-O Gaiyanghadao appreciates all of his supporters

Competing in the professional ranks for nearly two decades, Nong-O has built a fanbase from viewers all around the world. He's grateful for all his fans, as he told the promotion prior to his bout with Liam Harrison:

“Thank you ONE Championship and thank you, all fans here. Thank you for supporting me. Thank you fans all around the world. Today, I worked f***ing hard bro. He is a good fighter, I like his style a lot. Thank you for my team. Thank you for my family. Thank you, everyone. Thank you for supporting me.”

Wildly, the bantamweight Muay Thai champ is yet to lose since gracing the circle for the first time in April 2018. A win over Ramazanov would mark his 10th consecutive win under ONE's banner, which is an incredible feat.

In the lead-up to his title defense at ONE Lumpinee 1, the champ is sharpening his skillset alongside his training partner, friend, and ONE bantamweight kickboxing champ Petchtanong Petchfergus.

The two posed for an Instagram photo as well:

"We can do it @petchtanong ✌🏻"
