The UFC returned home to Las Vegas this weekend for yet another exciting fight night. Surging flyweight prospect Erin Blanchfield took on former strawweight champion Jessica Andrade in the main-event at UFC Vegas 69.

Andrade stepped in on short notice for number 1 ranked flyweight contender Taila Santos, who withdrew after her cornermen were denied visas multiple times. Blanchfield went toe-to-toe from the opening bell against Andrade, who is considered one of the hardest hitters in the history of women's MMA.

'Cold-Blooded' looked flawless as she used her range to outclass Andrade on the feet before dragging her to the ground in round 2. Currently unranked, the 23 year old established herself as a legitimate flyweight contender, forcing a tap from 'Bate Estaca' with a seemingly effortless RNC in round 2.

Watch the highlights below:

The co-main event of the night featured former NFL player Zac Pauga in his sophomore UFC outing against Jordan Wright. 'The Ripper' effectively used the clinch to neutralize his opponent's height and reach advantage, even opening up Wright with a brutal elbow early on.

Pauga bounced back from a foiled debut with an emphatic unanimous decision win over 'The Beverly Hills Ninja'.

The UFC Vegas 69 also featured another light heavyweight clash between William Knight and Marcin Prachnio. Knight was widely slammed for a lackluster performance, recording 8 significant strikes in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, Prachnio went on to set a new light-heavyweight record with 63 leg kicks that earned him a lopsided decision victory.
