Joe Rogan's stance on the Covid-19 vaccine was controversial, to say the least. The comedian and UFC color commentator had advocated for vaccine hesitancy and then retracted his comments in the face of backlash.

In a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience with stunt performer and YouTuber, Stephen Glover, professionally known as 'Steve-O', Rogan gave his take on obese people and their blind trust in the Covid-19 vaccine.

The podcast host criticized their approach and called them out on their physical indiscipline:

"The crazy thing was when those people got [the] vaccine, they were like, 'Well, I'm the smart one. I'm taking care of myself, what are you doing?' B****, you live in a glass house. Like, your body is barely functional. And you have no resilience, you know, that vaccine, it will help you a little but you've got other problems. You're obese. And that is one of the number one causes of death."

Rogan also highlighted the widespread problem of obesity in the United States of America:

"The idea that you're gonna be safe from danger because you got a Covid vaccine. Like, okay. Well, maybe you'll be safer from Covid but you're still vulnerable as f*** if you're obese. It is one of the worst things and it's forty percent of the United States [of America]."

Joe Rogan terms Alex Pereira's size advantage at middleweight "sanctioned cheating"

Joe Rogan also offered his thoughts on the recently concluded middleweight title match between Alex Pereira and Israel Adesanya that took place on November 12.

Pereira's size advantage was most noticeable throughout the five rounds as the Brazilian towered over 'Izzy'. Eventually, his famed knockout power came into play in the final round to give him his third victory over Adesanya and his maiden UFC championship.

Rogan answered a question from 'Steve-O' regarding Pereira's increased weight on fight night and put it down to being an unfortunate yet common occurrence in mixed martial arts:

“He [Alex Pereira] certainly gets above that [185 pounds] between fights. And he has a hard time making 185 [pounds]. It’s a bulls*** thing. It’s basically sanctioned cheating. It really is. But, everybody does it. He’s so big for the weight class, which really wears you out, that weight cut. It’s a big weight cut.
