Adam Buxton

Adam Buxton is a professional football player from Liverpool England who currently plays defense position for Wigan Athletic. Adam Buxton is a young defender who came through the youth team at Wigan Athletic to sign his first professional contract in the summer of 2010. He is a right back who is capable of producing surging runs down the flank but has also been used in the middle of defence. He was a near ever-present player for the Latics’ reserves in 2010-11 and was included in the first-team squad as an unused substitute for the FA Cup tie at Hull City in January. Injury in the opening game of last season against Fulham ruled Buxton out until mid-October, but his return bolstered the defence and led to him making 16 appearances in all competitions.
