Born on September 11, 1994, pitcher Evan John Phillips represents the Los Angeles Dodgers in Major League Baseball (MLB). Phillips was selected by the Atlanta Braves in the seventeenth round of the 2015 Major League Baseball drafts. On July 3, 2018, he made his major league debut for the Atlanta Braves. Phillips made his Dodgers debut on August 19, 2021, throwing 2 1/3 innings of relief against the New York Mets and winning his first game. His previous Major League Baseball teams were the Tampa Bay Rays, Baltimore Orioles, and Atlanta Braves.
