Raju Lal Choudhary


Raju Lal Choudhary is an Indian professional Kabaddi Player currently donning the Bengaluru Bulls outfit in the Vivo Pro Kabaddi League 2019 and was a part of the Asian Games. Born on 12th February, 1988, Raju is a prominent youngster who made his mark in Season 5 of VIVO Pro Kabaddi.

Hailing from Jaipur, Rajasthan, Raju Lal made his Pro Kabaddi debut in the first season.

Raju Lal Choudhary plays as a right corner defender for his team and considers his chain hold to be his strong move.


He was introduced to the game by his uncle about 10 years ago and has gone on to play for the Services as well as Rajasthan as Right Corner. Raju firmly believes in working on his game all year round. He believes that his speed is his main asset as a defender.

Club Career

Raju Lal Choudhary has featured for the Jaipur Pink Panthers in the first three seasons, switched to Bengaluru Bulls in the 4th season and has continued to bring glory to the Bulls since then.

Rise to Glory

Since his debut season itself, Raju has made quite a reputation for himself and counts as one of the best defenders in the league.He got his first major break in at the age of 19 at the Junior Nationals in 2007.After which he was also part of the Jaipur Pink Panther team that won the first season of the PKL which brought him to the limelight.


Having played the first three seasons with Jaipur Pink Panthers and the next two with Bengaluru Bulls, Raju is another experienced head in the Bengaluru Bulls attire. Raju Lal Choudhary who was part of the Indian side at the Asian Games is expected to have the responsibility of replacing Ravinder Pahal at right corner in season 6.
