Real Estate Assets

Celine and René paid $12.5 million for a Jupiter Island property in South Florida in 2005. They invested $7 million in the house next door in 2008 to expand their property to 6 acres. On one of the properties, they demolished the previous building and constructed a massive, opulent mansion in 2010.

Unquestionably, the seemingly endless water park is the focal point of the breathtaking Jupiter Island property. The 500,000-gallon water park, which was created for the couple's kids, has eight water cannons, two slides, a slow-current lazy river with its own bridge, and two additional pools. Also, there is an infinity pool that looks out over the ocean, if that isn't enough water for you.

The property has two four-bedroom guest houses, a beach house, a tennis court, and a tennis house. The interior space of all the homes totals more than 22,000 square feet, with 17 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, 5 fireplaces, a home theater, a massage room, a kitchen large enough for an army of chefs, and much more.

With high vaulted, modern-style ceilings and an open floor plan connecting each living space, the house takes pride in its sweeping and occasionally panoramic views of either the dominating trio of pools that stretch across the backyard or the blue oceanfront just off of the property's own private beach.

Dion's master bedroom is a true representation of the singer's “diva” style, despite not being the most amazing aspect of the Bahamian-inspired estate by any means. The opulent suite not only has stunning views of the ocean below, but it also has a custom walk-in closet with automated shoe carousels and clothing racks.

In August 2013, Celine put the 6-acre estate up for sale for $72.5 million. Even after lowering the price to $65 million and then $45 million, she was unable to find a buyer. In April 2017, a buyer finally agreed to purchase it for $38.5 million.

Celine earned $25 million in 2016 from the sale of a 20-acre private island outside of Quebec. Additionally, she sold a massive mansion outside of Montreal for $25.5 million in 2016. A $10 million mansion in Paris and an 8,000 square foot mansion in Las Vegas are currently Celine's primary residences.
