Loki season 2 episode 4: Major spoilers to expect

Agent Mobius and the God of Mischief are expected to continue with their struggle to repair the Temporal loom in Loki season 2 episode 4. The sequence of events in the previous episodes shed light on the problems that escalated after Sylvie killed He Who Remains and created multiple branches of the timeline. The instability of the situation was made worse by Dox sending TVA agents to destroy multiple branches simultaneously.

The Tom Hiddleston-starrer is transforming the God of Mischief's image from a troublemaker to a responsible problem solver. The plot reveals new secrets and variants of Kang the Conqueror. After the long-awaited arrival of Victor Timely, more information about the other variants may surface in the upcoming episodes.

Loki season 2 episode 4 will drop on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 6 pm Pacific Time, exclusively on Disney+.

Loki season 2 episode 4 may see Miss Minutes share the secret about Ravonna

As teased by Miss Minutes at the end of the previous episode, the AI knows something about Ravonna. Loki season 2 episode 4 may finally reveal the big secret, which could either be that Ravonna is Kang's romantic interest or is a variant of Kang.

Loki season 2 episode 4 may also bring up O.B.'s connection with Kang. It is speculated that Ouroborus has been an ally of Kang from the very start but keeps losing his memory. When Loki and Mobius take Victor to meet O.B., he may recognize Victor and recall something from the past.

While it seems unlikely that the Temporal Loom will be repaired anytime soon in the ongoing season, it remains to be seen whether viewers get a glimpse of other variants of the supervillain.

A quick recap of Loki season 2 episode 3

Loki season 2 episode 3, titled 1893, takes the lead duo and others to the past in search of Ravonna Renslayer. The main reason is to look for Miss Minutes, who is with Renslayer, and the AI is needed to repair the Temporal loom.

Ravonna and the AI in the 19th century seem to be carrying out a job given to them by He Who Remains in an attempt to protect the sacred timeline. In a paradoxical situation, it is revealed that He Who Remains sent Ravonna to 1868 to give a TVA handbook to Victor Timely, who used it to create the TVA.

Loki, who is looking for Miss Minutes, meets Victor Timely and recognizes him. The scene featuring a visibly shaken Loki speaking to Mobius about Timely is the same one from the post-credits of Quantumania.

This episode also presents the smaller prototype of the original Temporal loom shown in episode 1 of the season. This was built by Victor Timely to generate power by reversing the temporal decay of energy running through it, to provide electricity to the world.

Sylvie tries to live up to her promise of wanting to kill all variants of He Who Remains by trying to kill Timely, while Miss Minutes showcases her jealous nature to complicate the situation.

While Miss Minutes tries to spoil any bond that may form between Timely and Renslayer, she confesses her love for He Who Remains/ Victor.

While Loki and Mobius take Victor Timely to the TVA after Sylvie spares Timely, Sylvie pushes Ravonna through a Time Door to the same space, the Citadel at the End of Time, where she had killed He Who Remains, whose body was seen on the chair. Mobius, Victor, and the Asgardian's destination will be shown in Loki season 2 episode 4.

In the closing scene, Miss Minutes, who is also in the same space, declares to Ravonna that she knows a big secret about Ravonna but that learning about the same would make her very angry. Loki season 2 episode 4 will continue the plot from here.
