Kylie Jenner got candid about her postpartum journey while shutting down speculations that she used Ozempic to lose weight after having two kids.

The reality star and makeup mogul denied using the antidiabetic medication, which is reportedly used, although not intended, for weight loss, to return to her pre-baby weight in her September cover story for British Vogue, published on Tuesday, August 13. She said:

"I'm back at my weight I was before I had my daughter and son and people are putting side by sides of me three months postpartum. I'm like, 'Does everyone forget that I had two children and I gained 60 pounds both pregnancies?'"

Kylie Jenner mentioned in the feature that she was 200 pounds when she gave birth to her two kids, who were both almost nine pounds. She recalled that she "finally lost all the baby weight" after giving birth to her and Travis Scott's first baby, Stormi, but she got pregnant with their second, Aire, "two months later."

In response to the body shaming she received online and the rumors of being on Ozempic, the KHY clothing brand owner said that she feels like people haven't given her enough empathy.

Kylie Jenner reveals struggling with prolonged postpartum depression

Kylie Jenner was 19 years old when she got pregnant with Stormi. Looking back at it, the reality star admits that it was "wild" and a "huge life change." Although being a young mom has always been what she wanted, and despite wanting children "so bad," motherhood is still a beautiful but challenging process for the reality star.

She also opened up in the British Vogue feature about suffering from extended postpartum depression after giving birth to both her children. Kylie recalled experiencing the effects of it for about a year after Stormi's birth. The postpartum depression also lasted around the same length of time after she gave birth to Aire. She recalled the journey, saying that she "wore sweatpants every day," adding:

"I didn't have time to figure out ever some of the little things in my life, and then postpartum lasted a year. Mentally, it's really hard. Hormonally, it's really hard. I didn't know how to dress."

Kylie Jenner also remembered after Aire's birth, she would get emotional over things that she usually does not get emotional about. Being on the phone with her mom at the time was also a memory she shared, saying that she would call Kris Jenner "hysterically crying" because she couldn't figure out his name.

At one point after giving birth to Aire, the makeup mogul recalled feeling "like such a failure" after taking forever to choose her son's name because "when the hormones hit, you can't make a decision," she added.

After the birth, the billionaire makeup mogul introduced her son to the world as Wolf, but she said that her son's name was Knight for quite some time until she settled on naming him Aire.
