6ix9ine has suggested that rapper Sean Diddy Combs "won" after he was given a 50-month prison sentence. Combs was sentenced to four years and two months in prison, a fine of $500K, and five years of supervised release, on charges of transportation to engage in pr*stitution.

In a conversation with Charleston White, rapper 6ix9ine commented on the recent verdict on Diddy, claiming he "won" despite being sentenced to prison. The video was shared by hip-hop influencer DJ Akademiks on X. He said:

"Yo did he look me in my face, bro, and say, Yo, bro. I got them. Meaning, like I said, Yo, bro. You gonna take him to the door? He's like, I ain't got no choice. But I got it. I'm gonna win. He won. He won like he beat he's the only person that officially beat the feds."

Further, 6ix9ine also said that Combs beat RICO charges, as he was acquitted of the allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering during his trial earlier this year. He continued:

"He's going away for life. He beat a Rico. You see Young Thug that didn't beat no Rico. First of all, he pleaded out, and that's a RICO in the state. Nobody's beating them. No, listen, this is the thing I came home. I'm on a RICO you and a RICO in the state, in Fulton County. Let stop letting these rappers lie and say you beat the feds. Nobody beat the feds. The only person to officially beat the feds, and look, he's still doing four years is Diddy.

Ahead of his sentencing, Sean Combs apologized to Judge Arun Subramanian for his "sick" actions, requesting him to have mercy. Prosecutors had stuck to demanding over 11 years in prison for the rapper, while the defence stressed 14 months, which would equal his time served. Diddy has been in jail since his arrest in September last year.

Earlier this month, Sean Diddy Combs' lawyers responded to the rapper's 50-month prison sentence. On October 3, Lead attorney Teny Geragos told ABC News:

"The jury made it very clear in their verdict that they acquitted him of the sex trafficking and the RICO counts. Not guilty means not guilty. I can say, from the bottom of my heart, with all the hours that I spent with him getting ready for trial, that he is a changed man."

Lawyer Alex Shapiro, who's set to lead the appeal against Combs' verdict, also commented on the court's decision. She believed the verdict was "unconstitutional" and told ABC News:

"That was totally inconsistent with the jury verdict. The Judge acted as a 13th juror. The sentence was driven by the conduct the jury rejected. The jury acquitted Mr. Combs of any coercion."

During the hearing, Judge Arun Subramaniam made his verdict clear, mentioning that the court has not been "assured" that "these crimes would not be committed again" if Diddy is released. Moreover, the sentencing is also expected to convey the message that "violence against women is met with real accountability."

The jury notably found Sean Combs guilty of two charges of transportation to engage in pr*stitution, in the case of his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, and the anonymous Jane. Ahead of his sentencing, the rapper spoke in court for the first time, describing his actions as "disgusting, shameful and sick" and claiming he needed "help."

Given that Diddy has already served over a year in jail, his final sentence of 50 months will include his time already served in prison. Further updates are awaited.
