President Donald Trump headlined Charlie Kirk’s memorial service on September 21 in Arizona. The founder of TPUSA, who was shot and killed on September 10, was a known ally of President Trump. During the memorial service, the POTUS delivered a 40-minute speech, honoring the conservative activist.

The President also hinted at a big announcement related to health. Donald Trump said that Charlie Kirk played an instrumental role in uniting "MAGA." Continuing on that note, he touched on his "MAHA" initiative, which stands for "Make America Healthy Again." He noted that a big announcement related to autism would follow soon.

"And you know what MAHA is? That's right. Make America healthy again. And tomorrow we're going to have one of the biggest announcements really medically, I think, in the history of our country... I think we found an answer to autism... Tomorrow we're going to be talking in the Oval Office, in the White House, about autism and how it happens so we won't let it happen anymore," the President said.

The US President said that it would be one of the most important press conferences while noting that Charlie Kirk had also looked forward to the announcement.

"You know who else looked forward to it because he knew, I tell him a little bit about what was going on, was Charlie. He would have been front row center. Believe me, we'll be missing him tomorrow. It was such a big deal for him, too."

While addressing thousands of people at the State Farm Stadium in Phoenix, the POTUS remembered the late TPUSA founder and said that the country was "robbed of one of the brightest lights of our times." He added that Kirk was murdered for "speaking the truth." The President called him the model of "American freedom" and conveyed his sympathy towards Kirk's family.

Later in his speech, Donald Trump recounted the time when Kirk "volunteered" for his election campaign in 2016. He added that upon meeting Charlie Kirk, he realized that he was a "master builder of people." He said Kirk was more of a "giver" than a "taker."

"As president, many people asked me for things, but Charlie was one of the few who always gave more than he took. He was a giver, much more than a taker," the President stated.

Trump called the murder of Kirk not an attack on one man; rather, it was an "attack on the movement."

"The gun was pointed at him, but the bullet was aimed at all of us. That bullet was aimed at every one of us... But the assassin failed in his quest because Charlie's message has not been silenced. It now is bigger and better, and stronger than ever before... Charlie is bigger today than he was, think about it, just two weeks ago... He's bigger now than ever before. And he's eternal. He's eternal," he added.

Following the death of Charlie Kirk, the POTUS announced a Presidential Medal of Freedom posthumously. During the Sunday event, Trump reminded everyone that Kirk would be honored with the highest civilian honor soon during a ceremony in the White House.

At the close of his speech, the President invited Charlie Kirk’s wife, Erika Kirk, to the stage and offered his sympathies to her. In addition to President Trump, other officials from his administration attended the ceremony, including Vice President JD Vance.
