It Ends With Us actress Isabela Ferrer, 24, has alleged in an August 17 motion that Justin Baldoni tried to influence a subpoena that Blake Lively's lawyers served her in February 2025, as reported by People magazine. Ferrer, who played a young Lily Bloom in the movie, filed a motion against Baldoni this month.Blake Lively launched her lawsuit against Baldoni in December last year, accusing the actor and director of sexual harassment, adding that he allegedly ran a smear campaign to taint her media image.In her lawsuit, Lively mentioned Baldoni shot a scene for the movie where a younger Lily reportedly lost her virginity, per Variety. The 41-year-old filmmaker allegedly described the scene as "hot". Baldoni's lawyer argued Isabela Ferrer had praised his work before his public fallout and legal woes with Lively began.In Blake Lively's subpoena for Isabela Ferrer, her lawyers sought records of communication between the younger actress and Baldoni. It reportedly prompted Ferrer to seek legal counsel and contact her employer, Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios, for the film, with a request to cover the attorney's fees.According to E! News, Ferrer's lawyers accused Baldoni and his team of behaving "inappropriately" with the actress after Lively's attorneys subpoenaed her.Ferrer's attorney, Sanford Michelman, alleged Wayfarer Studios agreed to help the actress with legal bills on the condition that she let Baldoni control her response to Blake Lively's subpoena. Baldoni's team also reportedly offered to have Sanford accept a subpoena on Isabela Ferrer's behalf, which the lawyer refused.Per People magazine, Justin Baldoni issued a subpoena for Ferrer in July, seeking "documents that she either neglected to produce" or records that Blake Lively's subpoena did not request. Her lawyers argued Baldoni filed his latest motion "for improper purposes and with the aim of harassing" the young actress.Per E! News, Isabela Ferrer's lawyers further alleged in court documents:"Baldoni has tried to manipulate, threaten, control and otherwise act inappropriately towards Ms. Ferrer."Ferrer's lawyers also claimed that Jane the Virgin actor's approach to the situation shows a "broader pattern of conduct by Baldoni to bully Ms. Ferrer."
