Bachelor in Paradise season 8 is all set to air a new episode on Monday, October 17, 2022, at 8 pm ET on ABC. The one-hour episode will feature the remaining cast members navigating their personal preferences to explore new relationships and deepen their existing romantic connections. However, chaos is set to find its way to paradise as the cast grapples with a new twist.

Season 8 of the hit reality dating series has been extremely popular since its premiere. Viewers have regularly followed the cast members' journey and while some have gone on to become fan favorites, others have been criticized for their behavior.

With a few women already self-eliminating themselves from the show, a considerable amount of hopeful singles are looking to find love.

The official synopsis of the show reads:

"Breakout fan favorites from "The Bachelor" franchise are back and ready for a second (or third) chance at finding love. They may have left their respective seasons brokenhearted, but now they have the opportunity to travel to a romantic paradise in hopes of turning a potential summer fling into the real thing."

What to expect from Bachelor in Paradise season 8 episode 6?

The number of women dwindling on Bachelor in Paradise has led to several single men on the lookout for a potential connection and a rose by the end of the night.

Contestants including Teddi, Sierra, and new arrival Sally have already self-eliminated themselves from the show for various reasons. Although Kira made a return in the previous episode to look for a connection with Jacob, she ended up leaving the beach with newfound love interest Romeo.

With men vying for the roses this week and the women having the power to hand them over to their choice of connection, the anxiety levels are rising. The official synopsis of the episode reads:

"The tropical heat is on as 12 men find themselves vying for only seven roses. While some beachy bros do everything they can to woo the women who’ve caught their eye, others may not make it to the rose ceremony at all; and one will find an unexpected spark in a new arrival."

It further reads:

"Once the sand has settled and the newly formed couples are feeling their love bloom, Jesse Palmer arrives to drop a bombshell announcement that divides the beach like never before. Will these connections be able to weather the storm?"

Inspired by the Casa Amor segment on the Love Island franchise, the existing connections on Bachelor in Paradise will be put to the test as the men and women will be separated, with the latter being sent to another living area.

Not only that, the production is all set to introduce 10 new individuals who are bound to stir up drama as they begin to build connections.

As the existing cast members are split, five new men and women from various Bachelor Nation franchises will be separately introduced. Check out the newbies list below.

The new women include:

  1. Kate Gallivan (The Bachelor season 26)
  2. Eliza Isichei (The Bachelor season 26)
  3. Jessenia Cruz (The Bachelor season 25, Bachelor in Paradise season 7)
  4. Sarah Hamrick (The Bachelor season 26)
  5. Florence Alexandra (The Bachelor, Bachelor in Paradise Australia)

  3. Olu Onajide (The Bachelorette season 18)
