Apart from the media reports, Sarah was the one who seemed to have sparked the rumors. The TikToker shared photos and videos of Tom Sandoval and Karlee at The Austin Proper restaurant. The self-described “part-time detective” noticed a pomeranian sitting beside the Vanderpump Rules star and his alleged partner. After going through Karlee’s Instagram (when it was not locked), Sarah discovered that it was Karlee’s pet dog.

In her TikTok video, Sarah said that while she was out in Austin, she saw Tom Sandoval with a mystery woman. She said that in the video, one could see a dog sitting with Sandoval and the woman, and claimed that the dog belonged to the latter. The TikToker then said that she was also able to find the woman's Instagram page, noting that it was "pretty easy."

Netizens shared and forwarded multiple photos of Karlee and Sandoval reportedly shopping together and working out at a gym together. Reports suggested that he was at Karlee’s apartment on the day the finale of Vanderpump Rules aired.
