Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix has expressed her opinion on selling her and Tom Sandoval’s $2 million house in many interviews. In a recent Instagram story, she was seen with boxes packed up and a caption that mentioned that she was dipping out of the house. However, the next clip showed her stating that she was not moving out, but “moving up” and was getting her “financial house” in order.
Fans, who were initially happy for the actress as she was seen moving out of the house, seemed disappointed when they realized that it was just an advertisement.
Ariana was wearing a sweatshirt with a logo of a company named SoFi, a personal finance firm. Netizens claimed that she was taking advantage of her breakup and bagged a commercial for the finance company.

Ariana Madix initially duped fans into believing that she moved out of the house that she and her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval bought together. While her first Instagram story made netizens believe she was “ready to dip out,” the next IG story debunked the moving out rumors.
In the clip, the Vanderpump Rules star said:
“I’m moving up, not out. Well not yet at least. It’s time to get my financial house in order. I will have more to share with you very very soon.”
After Ariana shut down the speculations, fans were left disappointed. While some were fine with her advertisement stunt, a few were upset with the actress’ move of taking advantage of the Scandoval situation.

According to several pictures online, Ariana was seen carrying small brown boxes written “FINANCES” on them. She took them to a van while wearing a sweatshirt with the “SoFi” logo.
Ariana Madix wants to sell the $2 million house
Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval bought a house together for $2 million in 2019. The two have been dating each other for over nine years and were in a live-in relationship.
But, in March 2023, Sandoval’s cheating scandal left fans in shock as he was having an affair with Ariana’s BFF Raquel Leviss for quite a few months. Post the Scandoval came to light, Ariana broke up with him but the two didn’t move out as they paid 50-50 for the house.
When the Vanderpump Rules star recently appeared on WWHL (Watch What Happens Live) with Andy Cohen, she mentioned that she and Sandoval “do not interact on any level” as they are still staying together in the same apartment.
Ariana further said:
“My plan is to sell the house. I want my money out of that house as quickly as possible and I want to move on.”
She had earlier mentioned in a podcast that she was in talks with a real estate agent for selling the house. She would like to own her own place once she moves out.
While the former couple have to figure out about their living conditions, Raquel Leviss has been missing in action since her mental health facility news broke. Post the reunion taping, the former pageant reportedly checked into a mental health facility to seek treatment and has still been there. Whether she and Sandoval will return to Vanderpump Rules next season, only time will tell.
