From an incredible 30-Minute Iron Man Match between Kenny Omega and PAC to the AEW World Championship weigh-in ending in a huge brawl, this week's edition of AEW Dynamite featured some contrasting moments.
As AEW Revolution takes place this Saturday, last night's episode of Dynamite started and ended in a perfect way. A few matches for Revolution were announced at the last minute, and with Cody Rhodes and MJF's show-stealing feud being reduced to a video package, some of the lesser-known stars could shine during the show as well.

#5: Matt Hardy's AEW Debut was teased by The Dark Order
"The Exalted One" has been a huge part of The Dark Order storyline on AEW Dynamite so far.
Apparently, it was revealed that "The Exalted One" ordered The Dark Order to face SCU (Frankie Kazarian & Scorpio Sky) at AEW Revolution this Saturday. But the big tease came along when Evil Uno said that Christopher Daniels would find out that he is "obsolete" after they are done with SCU.
Of course, any hardcore Professional Wrestling fan will tell you that the word "obsolete" is an integral part of Matt Hardy's vocabulary in his Broken/Woken persona.
This could just be a tease without any payoff to garner some attention for the Pay-Per-View itself. But we also know that because of Matt's second confrontation with Randy Orton, Matt Hardy was written off WWE TV for the time being.
Whatever the case may be, a deal with AEW would surely benefit the company as much as Matt Hardy at the same time.
#4: PAC and Kenny Omega fought in an exhilarating 30-Minute Iron Man Match
This week's episode of AEW Dynamite kicked off in the right way with PAC and Kenny Omega doing what they excel at in the ring.
Time flew by easily, and that is a great sign of judging whether or not the performers succeeded at keeping audiences hooked throughout the entirety of such a long match.
PAC also attacked Omega with a steel chair, thereby causing the first-ever disqualification in AEW history. That may have given Omega an edge in the overall tally (1-0), but the disqualification felt justified since it gave PAC enough time to gain the upper hand against his opponent.
Brutalizing a broken down Omega allowed PAC to equalize the tally (1-1). After a series of thrilling sequences, the match would end in a tie after a period of 30 minutes.
Sudden death rules were initiated soon after since there needed to be a clear victor at the end of this fiasco.
Omega gained the upper hand and eventually beat PAC with The One-Winged Angel.
Both PAC and Kenny Omega had split victories against each other in the past. But after their rubber match on this week's episode, Omega proved to be the superior competitor out of the two.
#3: PAC vs. Orange Cassidy was made official for AEW Revolution
After an exhausting battle against one of AEW's best Superstars, Tony Schiavone wanted to get a word with PAC before he could head backstage.
PAC was the one who had constantly pushed for a rubber match against Kenny Omega. He did so by attacking some of Omega's closest friends in this business.
So after putting all of that effort into humiliating Kenny Omega, PAC wasn't exactly in the best mood for a post-match interview with Schiavone.
Unexpectedly, Orange Cassidy showed up at the entrance stage, and this would only prompt The Bastard to attack Freshly Squeezed for turning his air time into a joke.
Later, Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent) would defeat The Butcher and The Blade in a Tag Team contest. After the match, a future showdown between PAC and Orange Cassidy at AEW Revolution was made official.
Chuck & Trent encouraged their friend to "try" against one of the most brutal heels on the AEW Roster.
This matchup sounds like an odd and intriguing idea. Both personalities involved are complete opposites of each other, so it remains to be seen for how long Cassidy can last against PAC this Saturday.
#2: "Hangman" Adam Page walked out of an interview with Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks
Before Kenny Omega & Adam Page defend their Tag Team Titles at AEW Revolution against The Young Bucks, Jim Ross conducted a sit-down interview with all four members of The Elite.
It is no secret that Adam Page hasn't exactly been on the same page with all members of The Elite, including his own Tag Team partner, Kenny Omega.
That issue was put aside during the last few episodes, where Omega and Page gelled together as perfect Tag Team Champions.
But tensions escalated to an all-time high during the sit-down interview in this week's show.
Page talked about his own wishes on leaving The Elite, while Matt & Nick Jackson reminded him of how The Elite helped him to become a star in the first place.
Kenny Omega tried to dissolve matters, but as Hangman's partner and an ally to The Young Bucks, Omega was caught in a weird position.
The Young Bucks have been the definitive tag team to represent The Elite and the non-WWE Pro-Wrestling scene for years. So in order to live up to their reputation, The Young Bucks will have to dismantle their own faction members at Revolution.
It will be interesting to see whether or not their friendship will stay intact after this Saturday's Pay-Per-View.
#1: The AEW World Championship weigh-in escalated into a huge brawl
AEW introduced a sports element at the end of the episode in the form of a World Championship weigh-in between Jon Moxley and Le Champion, Chris Jericho.
They also introduced WCW commentator Gary Michael Cappetta to officiate the proceedings. But with Jericho's presence, the sports-like presentation quickly turned into an entertaining brawl between members of The Inner Circle and their respective enemies.
Dustin Rhodes crashed the party to lay his hands on Jake Hager. Both of them fought past the stands all over to the concourse. Hager will make his AEW in-ring debut against Dustin at Revolution.
Meanwhile, Darby Allin tried to dismantle Sammy Guevara once again, but Guevara would gain the upper hand this time around.
Even Jericho would stand tall over Moxley at the end of the episode.
The Inner Circle were portrayed as a strong unit a few days before the Pay-Per-View. Whether or not it means their opponents are going to win their respective matches this Saturday is entirely up to speculation.
