5 best ways to fix the WWE Divas Revolution

The Divas Revolution was met with delayed criticism after Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch were added to stables upon their debut. Paige, Charlotte and Lynch teamed together to form Team PCB. Naomi and Tamina added Banks to their group. After nearly-two months since the launch of the WWE Divas Revolution, Team B.A.D is nearly-irrelevant, while Team PCB is focused on Team Bella.Somewhere along the line, the casual WWE fan isn’t impressed. During WWE Raw in Tampa Bay last week, the crowd couldn’t have looked more bored during the match. Granted, this crowd wasn’t loud all night. If the Divas Revolution was as hot as it was in WWE NXT, then perhaps the hype on the main roster would replicate that. For that reason alone, the Divas Revolutoin needs changed. Here are the five ways to fix it:

#1 Align The NXT Divas Together

With the style of booking the WWE does today, there aren’t many clear-cut heels. For example, Kevin Owens has a huge following, even though he played a nasty heel against John Cena and Cesaro. Sasha Banks is the same type of character, but she still has a huge fanbase at WWE NXT and on the main roster. At this point, putting Banks, Charlotte and Lynch together is a smart idea. That way, instead of trying to get nine women over at the same time, only three will get a big push.

Down the road, one of them could turn heel on the other. WWE fans would then align themselves with either the heel or face. All three women are excellent characters and wrestlers. Who knows, maybe they could form the female version of the Shield?

#2 Turn Paige Heel

Current-WWE Diva Paige

If the WWE won’t have all of the WWE NXT women come together as their own stable, then turning Paige would begin the end of Team PCB. Paige is a strong presence on her own, which helped her in the feud against AJ Lee. Something about Paige just shines as a heel persona. Without even thinking it, the WWE teased a perfect heel turn for one of the members of Team PCB.

Charlotte defeated Brie Bella during the “Beat the Clock” challenge two weeks ago on WWE Raw. When Paige failed, she looked visibly angry. That was the perfect opportunity to turn Paige heel and make her the jealous teammate of the new WWE diva. It would be the teacher vs. the student.

#3 Make Wins and Losses matter

BellaTron

The image above signifies a winner. Whether WWE fans like it or not, the company is making it known that NikkI Bella hasn’t lost her Divas championship in nearly-300 days. It’s a fair justification that winning means something. Then again, the “even-steven” booking that WWE fans accuse Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn is still present. For these women, winning needs to matter. After Charlotte takes the Divas title from Bella on WWE Raw, if she does, Charlotte can’t lose for quite some time.

Banks and Becky Lynch also need to start winning more. Their stock in the WWE isn’t nearly as high as it could be. In WWE NXT, all three women were main eventing shows and on top of the WWE NXT world. Now, it’s quite the opposite.

#4 Give Divas more time

Give Divas A Chance

The match between Sasha Banks and Paige went on 9:57. It was three minutes more than the entire Beat the Clock challenge last week onWWE Raw.Thats why last week, WWE fans werent too keen on the entire angle. Two nights ago, both women had a great match. Its quite simple as to why WWE fans enjoyed it. Banks and Paige are great workers, but they also were given enough time to tell a story in the ring.

WWE NXT is all about the women having as much time as the men. At NXT Takeover: Brooklyn, Bayley and Sasha Banks wrestled in one of the best matches in history. They were arguably better than Finn Balor and Kevin Owens. If the WWE does the easy thing and give the women at least 10 minutes onWWE Raw,fans would respond in a good way.

#5 Break Up The Stables

Too many stables?

Chris Jericho, WWE legend, commented on the Divas Revolution and put it the best way possible. "You can't push nine people at once. You can't. They introduced too many people in too short a timeframe and put them all together and mixed them all together, so now it's just one big wash.” Putting nine women in one position and trying to push them all is impossible. Banks, Lynch and Charlotte should remain individual performers until they establish themselves on the main roster.

The WWE didn’t put Neville and Kevin Owens together. There probably won’t be a WWE NXT invasion in the future. That would mean the WWE put itself into a new situation similar to this one. Even though the Divas Revolution is popular in big cities, it needs to go over in every city. Breaking up Team B.A.D and Team PCB is the obvious solution.
