Ever since she made her debut as part of The Menagerie, Rebel has been winning over the crowd with her athleticism and talent. She has managed to turn into one of the most notable names in the TNA Knockouts division as well.Rebel, along with Ethan Carter III and Mahabali Shera will kick start TNA’s tour of India soon and this provides the best opportunity to take a look at some lesser known facts about the TNA knockout. #5 Established Cheerleader

Before making it in the wrestling business, Rebel was an NFL cheerleader. She was the member of the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders and she made history there when she became the youngest member of the coveted cheerleading squash.

Cheerleading for one of the best teams out there helped Rebel to earn some great experience and the athleticism that she needed for her cheerleading career helped her transition into the wrestling scene easily.

"Wrestling moonsaults aren't that different than things I did with cheerleading. There are times I think, 'I did that in cheerleading on the ground, so maybe I can fly off the ropes,” She said during an interview.

#4 Swimsuit model and actor

The cheerleading career of Rebel was so successful that she got featured in the cover of collective’s annual swimsuit calendar.

It was a great moment for Rebel as she was just 18 years of age at that time. She then went on to gain some experience in the acting field as well. She was cast as the lead in "Honkey Tonk Badonkadonk" video of Trace Adkins. Her acting debut came in a short film named Sweet Friggin' Daisies.

The film also starred Zooey Deschanel from the 500 days of Summer fame and Eddie Kaye Thomas from the American Pie fame. Rebel also appeared in thereality television series Full throttle Saloon for three years.

#3 Lingerie Football star and a cosmetologist

The multi-talented Knockout is a licensed Cosmetologist. Now imagine her as your doctor. Later, Rebel played football in the Lingerie Football League for New York Euphoria.

In the team, she played under Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor. Her team also consisted of Angie Everhart, who is a well-known model. Lingerie football league was a great intersection of glamour and physical ability, which is what most of the wrestling promotions asked from a women performer.

#2 She was recommended by Christy Hemme

Rebel started off her wrestling career down in Ohio Valley Wrestling back in 2014. She had some notable feuds down there before breaking out into TNA.

Her big break to the TNA roster apparently came thanks to Christy Hemme. Rebel had earlier worked in Hemme’s old burlesque dance troupe "Purrfect Angelz" and this made Hemme recommend Rebel. Rebel soon was called up to TNA and she made her debut as part of the Menagerie.

So we have seen almost all the different talents that Rebel has. Her career has been a long one and she apparently entered late into the wrestling business.

She kicked off her wrestling career when she was 36, which is pretty late for a female wrestler. To get an idea on where she stands, Stephanie McMahon is 39 years old, Lita is a 40-year-old veteran, Natalya is 33 years old, and the Bellas are just 31 years old.

Time is clearly not on the side of Rebel when it comes to breaking into the next level but despite her age, she still looks graceful as well. She has not slowed down in the ring and could go to places if she keeps her pace up like this.
