5 ways in which WWE can use Seth Rollins after Shield split

Seth Rollins did the unthinkable this week on Raw as he killed the emotion called trust from the minds of his former partners. It came as a dark blow for many fans as they were expecting to see the Shield continue their impressive run as a cohesive unit. The shields split was something which the fans anticipated but no one saw Rollins being the first one to turn heel.He was simply outgrowing inside the faction and WWE has a lot of faith in him about his credential to have a run without the Shield. so here is a look at some of the possible ways in which the company could use Rollins after the swerve.

#5 Being the Evolution member for the long run and splitting

As Raw ended, Rollins was standing alongside Randy Orton and Triple H. at the same night, Batista walked out of the WWE leaving a big void in Evolution.

So it would only be logical to think that Rollins will be the new member of Evolution. The primary objective of the original Evolution was to give new talents a big push and Orton and Batista made good use of it.

Rollins already has a lot of momentum after being part of the Shield and he could end up getting more being part of Evolution. Eventually, he could split up from the stable and have a big push as Hunter or Orton as his opponent.

#4 A singles title run

Now that Rollins doesn’t have the luggage on his back, he could well go in pursuit of some singles titles with the help of the Evolution.

He could be part of the Evolution and get some title shots at the US title or Intercontinental title just like Orton had back in the days. If the company is ambitious enough, they could even get Rollins a match with Daniel Bryan over the World Title.

The world title scenario might be a long shot but the other midcard titles seems well in the reach of Rollins especially with the help of Hunter.

#3 Tag team championship with Randy Orton

Hunter made it clear that the landscape of WWE is going to turn upside down after the heel turn of Seth Rollins.

He could let his two supporters have a title chase with the tag team championship to start with. The Usos are struggling without some great opponents in the tag team division and a team of Orton and Rollins sounds great.

Both of them have experience of holding the tag titles and could end up being a tag team worth watching. The heel personas will benefit the division as well while it will give both the superstars another gold to add into their resume.

#2 The Authoritys puppet

So there was Kane who did all the dirty work for the Authority. It was an obvious choice from the company as Kane was a monster who could knock down anyone who came across his path.

However, Kane is looking a bit stale in that gimmick while Seth Rollins could fit in well. He might not be as big as Kane but Rollins could play the role of a hitman well. The lone run will benefit him more as well and will give him a heel base.

Rollins working for Stephanie McMahon against Daniel Bryan is bound to be an epic encounter even if it doesn’t involve Bryan’s title in it.

#1 To lure Dean Ambrose into Evolution

It’s not a secret that WWE sees Roman Reigns as the next big thing in the roster. Reigns have been getting a lot of push due to that and the turn of Rollins is the first step towards the singles run of Reigns.

The next thing that the WWE would need to do will be to turn Dean Ambrose so that Reigns could make it up there on his own. Reigns has already remarked that trust is dead for him and Rollins could exploit the same.

He could try to lure in Ambrose into the dark side by using whatever resources that he has to use. Eventually, Ambrose could turn against Reigns as well making the Evolution stronger than ever.
