#4 The Elimination Chamber

Back when the Brand Split was still pretty much relevant and Eric Bischoff was still in the WWE payroll, the brain behind WCW’s ascension came up with an idea that added a whole new meaning to the term steel structure.

It was an elimination match that involved six men locked inside an unforgiving structure. There were pods to lock up the wrestler as well which added more appeal to the whole thing.

This ground breaking structure made its debut at the Survivor Series of 2002 where Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Booker T, Chris Jericho, Kane and Rob Van Dam battled for the World Heavyweight championship.

Michaels came out winning the first ever Elimination chamber match and the rest was history as it turned out to be one of the most successful gimmicks.

#3 Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle wanted to enter the professional wrestling scene after his Olympic triumph and the first place he ended up was at Paul Heyman’s ECW. Angle was making an appearance at the ECW show and was eager to work for the company.

On the same night, Raven pulled off the infamous crucifixion angle with Sandman which forced Angle to walk out of the arena.

He then found a place in the WWE roster and made his debut in the 1999 edition of Survivor Series by facing Shawn Stasiak.

After that start, Angle then went on to win the WWE Championship, World Heavyweight championship, Intercontinental championship and of course the TNA world Championship, and all of them, multiple times.

#2 The Rock

Hailing from the legendary Anoa'I family is an advantage and a curse at the same time. An advantage is because you know how the business works. and a curse because there is added pressure to deliver.

Rock had all these when he started training for professional wrestling in 1995. Just a year later, WWE decided to give him a main roster run when they debuted him at Survivor Series of 1996 with the name Rocky Maivia which was a combination of his father’s and Grandfather’s names.

He was hyped as the first ever third generation star in WWE and made his first appearance in an eight man elimination tag team match where he ended up being the sole survivor.

Rock then went on to scale all kinds of heights after that and now the Anoa’I family is known as Rock’s family rather than the other way around.

#1 The Undertaker

Before coming to the WWE, Mark Callaway had a run at WCW which didn’t turn out pretty well. Not getting the right push forced Callaway to shine with WWE in 1990 and WWE had just the right gimmick for him.

Callaway was reborn as the Undertaker at WWE and he came out as a heel mystery partner of Ted DiBiase's Million Dollar team.

Taker went on to eliminate two members of the other team in that debut before he was being counted out. The career that started there with a count out then went on for nearly three decades and gave the fans a memorable streak at WrestleMania as well.

Taker’s career is nothing short of Hall of Fame worthy and looking back, he would smile about making his debut at such a prestigious stage.
