From old guns to young blood, the rumble match has it all to get you off your seat. Here are 5 superstars, who can break the record of Roman Reigns and may end up eliminating 13 or more superstars in this year’s Rumble.

#1 Brock Lesnar

For the beast, impossible is nothing. He is the most ruthless superstar ever in the history of this industry. Lesnar has previously won the match and has all the potential to repeat the feat.

As far as the record is concerned, it highly depends on the entry number Brock gets. If the beast enters early, he is a clear-cut favorite to break the record of 12 eliminations in a rumble match. When Lesnar last won, his entered as the 29th superstar. This year, we might see him entering early as this match may decide his WrestleMania faith.

This Paul Heyman beast is ready to rumble and beat the hell out of his opponents come Sunday.

#2 Braun Strowman

The black sheep of the Wyatt family redefines the concept of brutal monsters in WWE. This object of mass destruction has shown his power in weekly episodes of Raw and SmackDown.

His introduction in the industry was a moment to remember. He toyed around with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose. To crush them and others is no big deal for this giant frame.

Also, under the instructions of Bray Wyatt, Strowman is likely to do the work of clearing the field for his master. We might see him turning his back to Bray Wyatt and the beginning of a betrayal storyline. Everything is possible in WWE as Strowman is also a candidate to break Roman’s record.

#3 Kane

The big red monster previously held the record of 12 eliminations before the record was broken by Roman Reigns. To eliminate in huge quantity, it takes time and effort to survive long enough.

The size of Kane is good enough to keep the opposition at bay. His power-pack moves and in-ring presence gives him a chance to excel in such a match. His strong hands can Chokeslam a guy straight out of the ring over the top rope.

If Kane enters the match with the monster image that has earned him a lot of success, he is one of the favorites to go past 12 eliminations.

#4 Ryback

FEED ME MORE!!!

This name may come to all WWE fans as a surprise in our list. However, this year’s Rumble can bring Ryback’s career on track.

His defeat to Kalisto in the WWE title tournament was one of the low points of his topsy-turvy career. On the other hand, Ryback almost stole the show in the 2013 Royal Rumble match as he was the last man to get eliminated.

He was inches away from headlining WrestleMania. With this Rumble, we can expect the creative team to portray a better image of this mass destructor. With his power, no superstar is safe and there is no one on the roster, who Ryback can’t throw over the top.

#5 Big Show

The 43 old year giant is still a force to reckon with. 7 ft tall, weighing in well over 200kg, Big Show was always going to make our list. The giant can slap counterparts over the top rope.

His strength is unimaginable and that right fist is indeed a knockout blow. However, Big Show’s strength doesn’t work for him too well in the Royal Rumble matches. Superstars in the ring join hands just to eliminate him.

Forgetting all the grudges, each and every member present in the match use their collective muscle to end the game for the giant. This year, people are hoping to see a well prepared Big Show, who can break the shackles and may just break the record of most eliminations.
