Road to SummerSlam: Best Way to book Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins took the roof down when he smashed the chair into Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns after turning on them. It marked an end to his year long run as part of the Shield and has opened up the door for the company to give him a new direction.Rollins is someone who belonged to the top of the card for the resources that he has at his disposal. Now he also has the chance to prove his versatility thanks to being part of Evolution. He is one of those rare talents that come out one in a long while and WWE needs to be careful while booking him in his new run. So here is a look at the best way in which he could be booked in the road to SummerSlam.

#5 Handicap match against Shield at Money in the Bank

Rollins turned against the Shield, so the next thing that the company should do is to establish him as a top heel. Also they need to give Evolution some momentum after losing out two matches so the best way to achieve both will be to let a handicap match happen.

Hunter could make use of his powers to make this match happen and stack the odds against Shield so that it gives the Shield an underdog status.

Ambrose and Reigns could take a lot of punishment throughout the match as Orton, Hunter and Rollins will take turns to play the punisher. Rollins in particular will be in the spotlight here as he will be doing things against people who used to be his friends at one point.

#4 To make it a fair game

After dispatching the Shield at Money in the bank, Hunter could hold a celebration ceremony next night on Raw only to be ruined by Ambrose and Reigns.

Ambrose could come out and say that the Evolution had to cheat its way to victory and they were too afraid to have a fair match. Angered by the comments Hunter could make the two on two tag team match with Orton and Rollins against Ambrose and Reigns at Battleground.

In the buildup, Orton and Rollins could have tag team matches against the Usos as a warm up and end up showing great chemistry as a tag team. While Shield will be given more handicap matches from the Evolution to make them weaker.

#3 Tag Team Match with a twist at Battleground

As Ambrose and Reigns will be waiting to let their opponents come into the ring at Battleground, Triple H can say that in order to make the match fair, he added a special guest referee into the match.

After Orton and Rollins come out, Hunter could reveal that he himself as the special guest referee thus making stacking the odds against the Shield once again. The four wrestlers could work out a great match with Hunter playing the good referee.

However as the match progresses, Hunter could show his real face and start to get into the head of Shield. In the end, he could go to the limit and get speared by Reigns. After Triple H is taken out, a new referee could be introduced who lets the Evolution wins thanks to the distraction which Reigns had while spearing Hunter.

#2 I want the title shot now

Securing the second straight win against Shield will live Randy Orton restless knowing the fact that it is pointless to fight against the Shield again. He could demand Hunter a title shot and get a match instead which determines the No.1 contender for the title at SummerSlam.

On the other hand, Hunter will be furious about what Roman Reigns did to him at Battleground and will be looking to settle the scores. He could book a one on one match between him and Reigns for SummerSlam while Rollins would face Ambrose in a street fight.

Reigns and Ambrose could accept the offers and get ready to steal the show at SummerSlam with some well-placed victories.

#1 Street Fight at SummerSlam

Dean Ambrose is the crazy man in the Shield and Seth Rollins used to be the daredevil. Put these two men into an anything goes match and it’s sure to be a cracker one.

The match is going to be high on emotions as Ambrose will be looking to make a statement about how badly it hurts when trust is broken. Rollins on the other hand will be the typical heel who will be in a mission to put his former partner away.

Ambrose and Rollins will give the fans a lot of spots to remember and could easily steal the show at SummerSlam. The result could go either way but Rollins winning will be better for the long run since Ambrose will still have a big turn against Reigns in his pocket.
