Houston Texans v Dallas Cowboys
Houston Texans v Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys will host the Jacksonville Jaguars. Since losing to Green Bay, the visitors have won four straight games, most recently defeating Houston 27-23 after a comeback.

A week after losing to Detroit by a score of 26, the home club defeated division rival Tennessee by 14 on the road. The game will take place at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida.

Player Prop #1 CeeDee Lamb Over 68.5 Receiving Yards (-130)

Last Sunday, when the Cowboys just avoided elimination as heavy favorites with a 27-23 victory over the deplorable Houston Texans, CeeDee Lamb had no effect on the team. Lamb made only five catches for 33 yards. It was his lowest yardage total since Week 1 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, when he had just 29 yards on two catches.

Lamb, however, has surpassed 100 yards in two of the previous five contests. He has at least 68 yards in nine of the 13 games this season. The Jaguars are 28th out of 32 NFL teams in pass defense efficiency. Lamb, who ought to be motivated by his subpar performance last week, should have difficulty being stopped by their doubtful secondary figures.

Player Prop #2 Trevor Lawrence Over 249.5 Passing Yards (-105)

In his second season, Trevor Lawrence is starting to come into his own. After a challenging rookie season, he is now living up to his reputation as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 draft. This year, the Jaguars made a wise decision by letting coach Urban Meyer go and hiring Doug Pederson in his place.

Lawrence is thriving under Pederson's guidance as a seasoned QB coach. In his last five games, he has completed 10 touchdown passes without throwing an interception. Lawrence's longest streak without being intercepted was 181 attempts.

Player Prop #3 Ezekiel Elliott Anytime TD Scorer (-120)

On the Cowboys' depth chart, running back Ezekiel Elliott is currently ranked No. 2 behind Tony Pollard. Elliott is still the Cowboys' go-to running back, though, when the game is on the line. His 2-yard touchdown run with 41 seconds left gave Dallas the win.

In six straight games, Elliott has scored a rushing touchdown. The Cowboys' second-longest streak in team history should continue against the Jaguars, whose total defense ranks 27th in the NFL.
